This property is ideal for family holidays all year round, gatherings, family parties, birthdays or yuletide. In a sea shore family village (Langrune-sur-Mer) famous for its tranquillity and the quality of its iodized air very healthy for children. Ideal for enjoying the pleasures of the sea, swimming, fishing and sailing. Perfect for exploring the legendary beaches of June 1944, the magnificent feudal castle of William the Conqueror at Caen, the Women abbey and the Men abbey and the tapestry of the queen Mathilde in Bayeux. Lovely place

A lovely characterful villa set in a beautiful and very large garden, very safe for children. Close to the beach and local shops a short drive from supermarket. A pretty, quiet very French seaside town, great holiday.

Wonderful Home!

This home was wonderful and fully equipped with all the essentials of a house. It's location was ideal so you were close to all the historic sightseeing in the area plus the beach was a bonus! The property of this home was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed siting on the porch in front of the house and enjoying the beauty of the gardens and the wonderful summer weather. One day we will be back!

Beautiful house by the sea in Normandie

We stayed a week in this wonderful house and really enjoyed it. We had all our meals on the patio. The garden is beautiful - very big and fully enclosed so even smaller children can play freely. The location is perfect with walking distance to the bakery, some restaurants and the beach. Very calm surroundings. It is also a perfect base for exploring Normandie with Caen, Bayeux and the landing beaches very close. Our highest recommendations to this house.

Normandie Holiday

What a beautiful old fashioned traditional French house this property is. Excellent large beautiful garden with apple and pear trees and even a table tennis table for your use as well as pushbikes and more. The house although has 5 bedrooms there are only 2 toilets and 2 showers although one is accessed and shared between 2 rooms. There is everything you need in the kitchen and dining cupboards and also access to a large fridge freezer in the outside boiler room. Situated in a beautiful area with a local shop and bakery and walking distance to the beach. Lots of places to visit and some beautiful beaches along the coast. Overall we had a fantastic week at Langrune-sur-mer. Aurevoir until next time.

Living the good life in Normandy

Life as you would like to live it all the time. This was a perfect vacation rental for our two families (cousins). The house is large and perfectly arranged so that we never felt like we were crowded. After a busy day of sightseeing, it was wonderful to come back to the tranquility of the yard and house. All 9 of us could eat comfortably at the dining room table (after first having our aperitif on the deck outside, of course). Every morning, we would send kids to the boulangerie to pick out the bread and pastries for breakfast. The beach was an easy walk from the house, and we spent a few days just enjoying the beach and the beautiful yard (the roses were gorgeous when we arrived). The town has a few good restaurants, and everyone was quite friendly. All the kids (and adults) are trying to figure out when we can come back for another amazing week! Communicating with the owners was easy, and the woman who takes care of the house (lets you in and does the final cleaning) is fantastic (friendly, helpful). We had an amazing relaxing week, and I highly recommend this house. Everything is well maintained and everything that you could need for a nice vacation is there (long clothes line for all the beach towels, washing machine, dish washer, plates/dishes/pots pans/ a better selection than I have at my own house).

Traduction: La vie que vous aimeriez vivre tout le temps! Ce fut une location idéale pour nos 2 familles (cousins). La maison est grande et parfaitement disposée pour se sentir à l'aise. Après une journée de visites, c'était très agréable de retrouver la tranquilité du jardin et de la maison. Nous pouvions déjeuner confortablement à 9 autour de la grande table de la salle à manger (après avoir pris l'apéritif sur la terrasse!). Chaque matin, les enfants allaient à la boulangerie chercher du pain et des patisseries pour le petit-déjeuner. De la maison, il est très simple d'aller à la plage et nous avons passé quelques jours à profiter de la plage et du beau jardin (les roses étaient magnifiques à notre arrivée). Il y a quelques bons restaurants à Langrune et les gens sont accueillants. Enfants et adultes, nous avons tous envie de revenir pour vivre une nouvelle super semaine! Il a été très facile d'échanger avec la propriétaire et la personne qui gère la maison (vous accueille et fait le ménage après votre départ) est parfaite ( sympathique et serviable). Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique de détente et je recommande vivement cette maison. Tout est bien entretenu et il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer d'agréables vacances (grande étente pour les serviettes de bain, machines à laver le linge et la vaisselle, vaisselle, casserolles, poëles....un meilleur équipement que ce que j'ai à la maison! Une propriété superbe dans un environnement idéal

La maison et son jardin sont parfaitement conformes aux photos. C’est une maison idéale pour des retrouvailles familiales ou amicales, parfaitement équipée (vaisselle, jeux de société et d’extérieur, très bonne literie, barbecue, électroménager au top...). La maison est idéalement placée, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, avec sur le chemin une bonne boulangerie, une petite épicerie parfaite pour le dépannage. Le grand jardin fermé permet aux enfants de profiter de l’extérieur sans aucun risque. Les plantations sont superbes et variées. Nous avons tous été très enthousiasmés par notre séjour, et espérons bien revenir bientôt.

La maison de vacances idéale

La maison comme le jardin sont impeccables et bien entretenus. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un confort optimal, même des livres que nos enfants ont pu lire et regarder inlassablement. L'immense jardin a également ravi les petits comme les grands. Et la propriété est idéalement située dans Langrune.

Très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable. La proximité des commerces (boucherie, épicerie, pain) est un vrai plus. La plage est à pied. Le salon est vraiment agréable. La maison est très bien chauffée. L'accueil et le suivi pendant le séjour sont parfaits. Une seule nuance: la cuisine est petite mais bien équipée. "Excellent value for money".

Perfect stay near the historic sites

A quiet place in the middle of the town. Ideal location to discover the d-day beaches. The house is simple but has everything you need for a stay. Contact with the owner was fast and easy.

Family holiday in lagrune sur mer

Very pleased with the house and its location. The 4 children aged 11 to 13 loved the large garden and the activities they could enjoy without even leaving the property. We all enjoyed the beach and the D-Day landing sites as well as other historical sites such as Bayeux and Falaise.
