Gussied Up

Photos are accurate (except dining table removed) and there was everything we needed inside. Super clean and well stocked, with plush towels, throw rugs, and blankets. Heater and appliances worked well. Unit is close enough to the free bus stop that we walked there in our ski boots. Two restaurants within walking distance too. Good 24/7 check-in desk and adequate parking. Jeremy was super responsive and helpful.

Perfect Stay! Looking forward to coming back!

The condo is perfectly located with a 1 minute walking distance to the bus stop. PC mountain and Main Street are about a 10 minute ride. The place is cozy, clean, and quiet with a bonus DryGuy dryer for your boots and gloves. Each blanket is cozier than the next which is great for watching TV after a long day out on the mountain and a big dinner. They've thought of everything from the hospitality basket in the kitchen - which is a Godsend if your flight comes in late, to the hospitality basket in the bathroom which has anything you could have possibly forgotten. Not shown in the photos is a wine refrigerator under the kitchen island. Jeremy is super attentive, and responds to emails immediately. He's one of the best hosts I've ever stayed with. Great place, already planning on coming back.

Great location, awesome locale- just as advertised!

Property was very clean. Owner provided more-than-typical snacks, toiletries, etc. Very great to communicate with and very responsive. Location was perfect for us attending a soccer tournament for our son- tons of local eateries and quiet at night. Plenty of pillows, blankets, etc. Felt clean and new!

IMPECCABLE STAY

The host was awesome. Communication was 10/10. He left us a few goodies on arrival which was really cool. I'm definitely going to be staying here again.

I'm a local business owner in the Salt Lake valley and my wife is originally from Russia and is upper Management for an engineering firm in SLC. All our time is chasing after our 5 year old daughter.

Why they chose this property

We just bought this property as our first investment property. So far we've put a lot of money into it renovating it to make it as nice and comfy as possible. Also we wanted a property that is close so we can manage it while making sure our renters have the best possible experience.

What makes this property unique

Its extremely quiet and peaceful. In the loft (queen bed) it has a sky light that opens up to enjoy the nice breeze or even look at the stars yet has a shade so the sunlight doesn't wake you. 2 58" smart TV's with cable as well as internet tv, netflex, amazon prime, etc... The couch is brand new sleeper couch with a memory foam mattress that you can't feel the bars underneath. Purple mattress sheets with fur blankets. Full kitchen, bike & ski racks, full front load washer and dryer. Check-in is in the club house which is manned 24/7. Our building is directly behind the clubhouse and borders the pool/hot tub. This condo has been well thought out and will leave you feeling like you don't want to leave.
