The room was clean and had all of the basics for us. We had a few questions and the response was fast and very helpful. We were even able to arrange for an earlier check-in. It was in the perfect location for the Sundance Film Festival. Just off of Main Street and close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

This was a good place to stay although the trolley was hit or miss, they evidently had staffing issues. Without it you are walking from the transit station, not bad unless you are in ski boots!

We were very happy with our stay. The unit was clean and well stocked. The location was amazing. Getting in contact with management about early check-in took hours and could not be done. Other then that it was an ideal rental. Thanks

Great location

Great location in historic downtown, close to dining and shopping. The apartment was small, which we knew it would be, with not much room for suitcases, etc. The drawers in the kitchen were difficult to open without handles as they were too close together. The drawers in the hallway near the bathroom did not slide. There was a lot of dirt/dust behind the bedside tables and couch. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Good Value

Propety was as advertised, good value, great location. Could use a deep clean. I wasn’t given the code to the building and the address was unclear as there are two “250 Park Ave’s” so we had some issues arriving late at night but the property manager was very responsive to help.
