Apartment for 4-6 people located on the edge of the Northern Black Forest Nature Park.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, in addition, a fold-away bed, a single bed and a sofa bed offer three additional sleeping options. A large living room with sofa set and large table with chairs invite you to relax, play and have fun. Free WiFi and flat screen TV with cable connection available. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, the bathroom with a bath and shower. High chair and large game collection as well as a large selection of books available.
The apartment is on the second floor and has been completely renovated.
Bright, spacious rooms with real wood parquet and tiles invite you to a relaxing holiday. A large garden with a seating area and grill is available to our guests. The S-Bahn station in the direction of Karlsruhe and Freudenstadt can be reached on foot in two minutes.
A large selection of hiking trails enable excursions in the immediate vicinity. Various ski lifts such as B. Mehliskopf and Ruhestein are only half an hour away by car. In addition to another holiday apartment, there is also an artist's studio in the house. Painting and drawing courses by arrangement (minimum number of participants 5 people)

Wirklich sehr schön!

Die Wohnung war genau, wie beschrieben, sehr gerĂ€umig und gut ausgestattet. Es war alles da. Was man so braucht, sogar eine Grundausstattung an GewĂŒrzen, öl und anderen dingen gab es, sodass man erstmal entspannt ankommen kann. Die Vermieterin ist richtig toll, super freundlich, hilfsbereit und entspannt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und idyllisch gelegen und auch die S-Bahn ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in malerischer Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Viele Optionen fĂŒr Wandertouren und TagesausflĂŒge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unweit in den Nachbarorten. Auch mit dem Rad schon erschließbar. Die Gastgeberin war gut erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in schöner Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig, schön eingerichtet mit allem, was fĂŒr einen angenehmen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) haben hier 11 NĂ€chte verbracht und sind rundum zufrieden. Das Ehepaar Bischoff war jederzeit erreichbar und WĂŒnschen unsererseits (z.B. nach zusĂ€tzlichen HandtĂŒchern) immer zugĂ€nglich. Wir bedanken uns herzlich.

gerÀumige und ruhige FeWo mit guter Nahverkehrsanbindung

Wir haben uns in der sehr gerĂ€umigen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Jeweils ein Schlafzimmerfenster ist mit MĂŒckenschutz ausgestattet. Trotz vieler EndgerĂ€te hat das WLAN einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Kinder (Teens) haben intensiv die Dartscheibe im Garten genutzt, die netten Vermieter haben extra noch weitere Pfeile dafĂŒr gekauft. Die FeWo ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Die in wenigen Minuten erreichbare Haltestelle der S-Bahn-Linie fĂ€hrt direkt nach Freudenstadt und Gaggenau/Rastatt/Karlsruhe, mit der GĂ€stekarte kostenlos fĂŒr die ganze Familie. Wir haben hier gerne unseren Urlaub verbracht und können die FeWo uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

Lovely , very clean, albeit very warm., but temperatures up to 33C!

Claudia and Manfred were very friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful garden with furniture to sit and eat, however 2 flights downstairs! But manageable and worth the effort. In the cooler climate, the apartment would be very cosy. The building is 200 years old and has been beautifully refurbished. Location ideal for visits to major locations of the Black Forest, such as Baden Baden and Sasbachwalden. Ideal for the walking and biking where there are tarmac tracks with beautiful scenery as well as in the Forest. Also there is a ticket that enables all of your party to ride on the trams/buses/trains, either free or at a reduced cost. Also allows a visit to a local lido (which was superb and very necessary due to the hot temperatures) is included for discount. One piece of advice for English visitors who do not speak German, bring a dictionary! We wrongly thought more people spoke English, so we had a bit of trouble particularly in restaurants. All part of the fun though! Well worth the trip.

Un gĂźte trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, confortable, chaleureux, calme et bien situĂ© par rapport aux possibilitĂ©s de dĂ©couvertes (rĂ©gion faite pour la randonnĂ©e), des hĂŽtes sympathiques, accueillants et attentionnĂ©s, bref, que demander de plus ? En outre, Monsieur Bischoff parle français ce qui nous a grandement facilitĂ© la tĂąche. Le train passe par le village de Röt oĂč se trouve le gĂźte ce qui permet d'utiliser, via une taxe de sĂ©jour abordable, la carte "Konus" qui donne la gratuitĂ© des transports de commun ce qui peut ĂȘtre gĂ©nial pour organiser des activitĂ©s (randonnĂ©es
) sans devoir utiliser son vĂ©hicule ! En rĂ©sumĂ© : un gĂźte Ă  recommander sans aucune hĂ©sitation !
