Deluxe new residential complex built with top quality materials, secure, private, peaceful, surrounded by lush vegetation, only two minutes drive to Punta Popy Beach (1.4 km from beach).

The apartment is located on the third floor with a nice terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

The kitchen is completely equipped, nice granite top, oak wood doors, marble floors. Bathroom walls and floors are covered with marble.

Both bedrooms have AC and ceiling fan on primary.

Beautiful gardens and common areas that include two gas BBQ, jacuzzi, small vegetable and herb garden, community area with sofas and TV. Security 24/7, private parking.

I chose this neighborhood because it is close to all activities all local beaches and restaurants it's extremely easy to get to and it's right off the main road leading to punta poppy beach, I also enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains and the calmness in the area

What makes the property unique is that it's part of a high-end closed private residence with its own Parking right inside the residents it also includes 2 big beautiful poools and an amazing and relaxing common area
