Telfair Loft 211: Parking Cost Covered Downtown

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the most ideal location near Telfair Square and Ellis Square. Each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bathroom.. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful granite counters. View of Broughton Street from the front bedroom and living room. View of Barnard Street from 2nd Bedroom.

​​​​​​​We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $5 per day fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Excess trash goes in the dumpster in the alley behind the building next to the Post Office parking lot. Do NOT leave any trash on the ground outside or in the building common areas.
Return the garage card to avoid a replacement fee
Sweep/gather up any trash and clean up after any cooking. Washed dishes can be left for us to put away. One bag of trash can be left inside for us to take to dumpster.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is no refund of your initial booking payment. If you cancel before your balance is due you will not be charged the balance

The location was great, close to everything...shopping, eating, etc. Nice secure condo, clean and nicely furnished. However, it was REALLY NOICEY with street and cars RACING!!!! The street racing every night until 3 am was rediculus!!! Something to consider if you stay here.....noice is bad! Not good if you are a light sleeper. But, was a great, clean place and location, location, location...but noice, noice, noice....you decide....

Upon arrival the bed linens in 1 bedroom were dirty (possibly vomit, food, etc) and the pillows were missing pillow cases. The bathroom towels smelled moldy. The washing machine was broken. Despite that the location was walkable but extremely loud if you like to go to sleep by 11:00pm. This rental is clearly more appropriate for a college group; not a family.

This review is in retaliation for us asking the guest to pay extra for leaving vomit all over the condo. The guest was perfectly happy until we sent a message about the mess left after checkout. She did not even know the washer needed a control panel part until we messaged her asking if she wanted the repair man to stop by and install the part, since the control panel had arrived on the first day of her stay. The washer and dryer are right inside the front door. She said sure send him in to install it and give me a late checkout in exchange. This was a 5 day stay. We heard nothing further from her until the end of the stay. Upon checkout housekeeper was appalled at the mess left behind. This guest replied to us and said she refused to pay any extra to the cleaner, and this review is a punishment for us asking her about it. Very unfortunate.

Pleasant stay overall. It was clean and there were plenty of kitchen appliances we could use. Of course, it was gonna be noisy at night because its on Broughton St but its a great location for a decent price so I thought it was a reasonable trade-off. There isn't any wifi either but thats not something they advertise, so just be aware before booking. The only real issue I had was my skin getting irritated and itchy from either the sheets or the dust in the bedroom.

The location is close to Riverstreet and the main square. Communication was excellent with our host. Parking is a block away. I wasn’t crazy about having to find a spot to unload the car before parking as it was a holiday weekend and finding a spot was next to impossible. The noise was very loud outside until 4:30am due to St. Patty’s weekend but overall the place was convenient and nice to getaway.

The unit was nice and very clean. It was easily accessible to restaurants, River St, shopping etc. If you are one who needs sleep though I would not recommend. Everything I would rate 5 Star accept for the fact it was not quiet. The building is on a very noisy street with loud cars blaring music, people screaming, and other various noises keeping us up till 2-3 am. Again nothing against the property but unless you are staying out late to party I don’t recommend.
