This was a great long weekend rental. It was a fantastic location with easy access to great restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent location. We walked everywhere and avoided the stress and the expense of parking. It was very clean, check in was a breeze and I would definitely stay there again.

The property was spacious loved having the bedroom separate. Nice having off street dedicated parking. The street noise was somewhat loud early in the morning prior to 0600 but overall would stay again.

EVERYTHING Was excellent. Great place to stay. checkin very easy. GREAT one bedroom in prime spot. Charleston city living at-it’s-best !!!!Easy parking behind the building. A must stay if you are staying in downtown Charleston. I’d choose over a hotel any day.

Well laid out suite. The kitchen had everything that you needed. It was very close to King Street making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Having on site parking was a major plus!

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Location of property was great and the unit was very clean. However, many issues with the property. Both tub and sink I’m bathroom do not drain properly,, standing in ankle deep water after shower and a full sink after brushing your teeth or shaving. A cabinet door in kitchen fell off onto my foot in kitchen. Washing machine and dryer are very old and the washing machine is very loud while in use. Stairs leading to the unit are about 24 inches wide, and balcony leans dramatically because of age and settling. Master bedroom is large but no dress to store clothing, clothes and nightstands are tiny. We enjoyed the city but probably won’t stay here again.

The narrow stair case and leaning porch is how the home was designed, this is a very historic building, at the time this was build the "Charleston tilt" was common as a way to help with water run off.
