Winterplace E building - top of the Quad

This wonderful condo is in the PERFECT location. Hiking, mountain biking or skiing we have the best location. Located just steps to the top of the A/B lift with your private ski locker in-between your door and the top of the lift. Ski directly to the Sunburst 6 Bubble, Sachem, South Ridge Quad, waffle hut & sugar shack. Hike the trails or ride your bike on the mountain right from your door.
This delightful 3 bed 2 full bath has a stocked kitchen, large dining table, in unit laundry and a toasty fireplace for you. We just finished updates December 2021 and are replacing the living room furniture this fall. Brand new cozy thick white towels, bedding, master bath and queen bed. The hot tub and pool located steps away are a great way to relax after a full day of skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, cross country skiing, spa day or whatever you like. Kitchen has everything you need including the classic retro ski vibe.
**Please note we have a 5 day minimum for holiday weeks.**

Amazing location

We came with our 2 teenaged boys and their friends to ski at okemo. The condo was amazing - ski in/out right off the chair lift. Ski locker and lots of space for keeping ski stuff in mudroom made skiing a breeze. Good layout and easy access to restaurants and shopping too. Property owners are super responsive and great took with.

Great Spot Slopeside

This condo was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was great, steps away from the A and B Quad lifts, easily accessed from anywhere on the mountain. Rooms were clean, with humidifiers provided. Multiple board games were available, but we preferred to play several games of Uno each night. Would definitely recommend!

Hey thanks for the review. Future renters- Ian texted and sent photos about his concerns. Our photos are 100% accurate! We are happy to clear all items from the kitchen in advance if requested. The towels were in the dryer and fridge had open wine bottles. Yes he is correct. I will chat with our cleaners about the open wine and freezer items. To be fair, we leave a fully stocked kitchen, including booze mixers coffee tea different sweeteners. Our cleaners have not been asked to clear everything out. They are professionals and make good judgments. Leave the half open bottle of whiskey but not wine? Leave sugar in the sugar bowl but toss the unopened frozen pizza? He told me he was happy to make a Manhattan, not so happy with the bottle of open wine in the fridge. We aren’t perfect. Our place is spotless and our cleaners are awesome. We go above and beyond in hopes of making our people happy.

Great Location / Great Property / Great Host

Location of the condo is perfect! Steps from the Mountain, where you just put your skis on a few steps away from rhe condo… and you can “ski-off” to the Downstairs steps leading to the condo. perfect for skiing and bringing young kids. We had 4 young kids with us (who loved all sleeping in the Bunk beds in the same room), as well as 2 Adult Master bedrooms so the kids could have their Grandparents also with them. 8 of us in the condo, and it never felt crowded. Kitchen is great for cooking, refrigerator/freezer a nice size for all our food for the week, and the 2 Bathrooms are very nice. Big dining room table fit us all. Living room couches very nice, and TV in Living room and Kids room has Netflix/Disney/Roku/Amazon Prime, etc. etc. The Mud Room is great, in that there is space and Hooks for all of our ski gear/clothes, helmets, gloves, ski boots, etc., and very organized. And there is a ski-locker outside of the Condo to easily put all our ski’s in, that is also located halfway to the Mountain, so very practical. We are talking literally the condo is 40 Yards away from the ski-slope, where you can then ski down part of the Mountain to a handful of Chair-Lifts that will take you to where you want to be. What a wonderful overall experience. Lastly, the Host Eileen and her husband made it very easy on us with checking-in, by leaving our Parking pass inside the Condo! Thank you Eileen! We would love to return!

Excellent condo with tons of room, cozy fireplace, excellent mudroom and ski in, ski out. What else can you ask for!

Welcome to our house! We are a family of 4 with 2 kids in college. We love Winterplace and have not rented much in the past. You are not going to get a heavily rented unit. We use professional cleaners and services. You will get the best Okemo has to offer without the cold generic feel of a large business. Unfortunately our kids are grown and we can't enjoy our place as much as we would like to. If you know Winterplace you know why this place is the best on the mountain. I hate to keep it empty in 2024-2025. If you are interested in a monthly rental please reach out for special pricing.

Why they chose this property

Summer - Quick ride over to the lakes for swimming, paddle boarding etc.
Spring and Fall - love the hiking on the mountain or quick ride over to many amazing hikes.
Winter - LOVE dropping my skis by the top of the lift, running in for a quick warm up, change of clothing, snack and right back out without any trouble, anytime of day. We always have access. No bus rides needed ever.

What makes this property unique

Kids play after lifts close by the lift. Sledding down the mountain is not allowed. However the little kids sled down to the condo side (off mountain) while parents relax. Build your snowman make an igloo for a snow ball fight, grab your hot coco and enjoy apres ski with the Winterplace community.
Access to unlimited firewood, pool hot tub and outdoor fire pit just steps away. Amazing views of town and stars at night.
