It has a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bathtub).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, dining area and sleeping area with double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 28 m² west-facing balcony with furniture for enjoying sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Les Gets, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Ski in the Chavannes aux Gets area (less than a 10-minute walk away), a central ski area offering a variety of slopes for all levels, fun areas for children and direct access to the vast Portes du Soleil ski area.

Access:
The accommodation is located a 5-minute walk from the centre of Les Gets. A free shuttle bus is also available in season, which stops opposite the residence and takes you to the centre in two stops. You will need to walk up to the apartment.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public pay car parks near the accommodation.

- Nearest airport: Geneva airport, 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
