It consists of: 1 bedroom (2 single beds) and 1 living / sleeping room with 1 double bed (1,60 x 2,00m), 2 shower rooms, 2 wardrobes, 1 fully equipped kitchen (2 hotplates and microwave grill combination) and 1 sun terrace. If you wish you can, after previous registration, in the neighboring hotel (Privathotel Bremer) breakfast. Prices on request. In the nature of the Bergisch Land, yet only 20 S-Bahn minutes from Cologne. Both for business travelers, mechanics and visitors and nature lovers, spa guests and gourmets attractive accommodation.

Nice place but only for a small family

Good looking studio with a kitchen and kitchen table. Two bedrooms (one for grown-ups and one for kids) with tv. Two showers, but those can not be used at the same time (unless you like the Wim Hof method). Check-in was fine. We came for the surprise that we had upstairs neighbours with kids (not mentioned in the ad). Due to the wooden ceiling/floor we could hear a lot (walking, creaking doors, talking and some nightly activities). This starts at 6:00 in the morning. But you will be awake anyway because of the curtains which are not blinded. There is a lot of light in the room when daylight comes. We hoped to get rest overnight, but we can say that we are happy that we could sleep in our own bed. The kids mattresses were hard and the pillows super soft. Too bad, because we thought that these were beds for grown-ups (not mentioned in the ad communicated). Would only recommend this to small families with young kids, who are awake early in the morning.

What to say, I never received such negative answer from guests. Did you think, that you will live alone in one house in this appartement ??? It is not true, that this is a children room. It is a normal room with two single beds , which could be put together also. The size of the beds are the usual one with 2 m length. Are you taller than 2 m ????If you feel the beds are too hard, this is your personal feeling. Some likes strong, some likes soft. Better to ask before booking, not to have such experience again. In my house rules you have to bring the dust outside and to let no food in the refrigerator. ;) When the neighbors are too loud, you have to tell me during your stay, then I or you can talk to them ;) I wish you all the best .

Der Aufenthalt war echt super. Die Wohnung war sauber; einziges Manko war, dass das Geschirr teilweise klebrig war, aber war nicht so schlimm. Regina hat immer schnell geantwortet und auch Empfehlungen gegeben, was man in der Gegend alles unternehmen kann.

Super net appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een vaatwasser.

We hebben het verblijf als heel.prettig ervaren. Goede duidelijke communicatie. Appartement ligt heel centraal. Dicht bij supermarkt, keulen, bonn ,pfantasia land en veel restaurants in de buurt.

Saubere schöne Wohnung für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern.

Die Wohnung war sauber. Es konnte leider erst ab 15.00 Uhr eingecheckt werden. Die Geräusche des Hauses durch die Mitbewohner des Hausen waren sehr laut! Die S Bahnstation war 3,2 km entfernt. Angegeben waren 1,9 km.

Das mit der Anreise verstehe ich nicht so ganz, weil Sie mich vorab darüber informiert haben, dass Sie am Anreisetag abends anreisen werden. Da vor Ihnen Gäste 5 Wochen bei mir waren, wurde die ganze Wohnung gründlichst gereinigt und die Reinigungskraft war erst gegen 15 Uhr fertig. (Wie in vielen Wohnungen und fast allen Hotels ;)) Bitte sagen Sie mir genau wo die Kilometerangabe steht. Wollte es gerade ändern, aber finde es gar nicht im Inserat. Das die Mieter des Hauses lauter waren, dass tut mir leid. Normalerweise sind sie sehr ruhig. Siehe andere Bewertungen. Durch die Karnevalstage, hatten sie bestimmt Gäste.

Gemütlich wie zu Hause 😀

Herausragend fanden wir die Betten. Bequem, duftende Bettwäsche, reichlich fluffige Handtücher, wie zu Hause!😀 Alles sauber und ordentlich. Schöne Terrasse zum Sitzen. Zwei kleine Bäder waren auch sehr praktisch.

Eine saubere Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse, Blick in den Garten, zwei modernen Duschbädern sowie einer Küche mit Essbereich stand uns eine Woche zur Verfügung. Die Eigentümerin ist nett und entgegenkommend. Ein Supermarkt ist fussläufig erreichbar. Div. andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten können schnell mit dem Auto angefahren werden. Ein Ausflug z.B. nach Köln kann entspannt mit der Bahn angesteuert werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Das Appartment befindet sich in einem Wohnhaus älteren Baujahres. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, sehr modern und gut ausgestattet worden. Großer Pluspunkt ist die Terrasse mit Markise und Sitzmöglichkeit, sowie top ausgestattete Badezimmer. Für uns hat lediglich eine normale Kaffeemaschine gefehlt. (Kapselmaschine und Filterhalterung für normalen Kaffee waren vorhanden!) Der einzige negative Aspekt, war die Hellhörigkeit aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheiten. Daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Insgesamt waren wir trotzdem sehr zufrieden!

A home away from home

Regina was a very nice host. She was honest about a party that would take place near the apartment - that, in the end, didn't happen, was very communicative and helped us out when we locked ourselves out (oh, that wasn't a smart thing to do, always keep your keys with you)! The terrace was a lovely place to relax in the evening and have breakfast in the morning. The property was clean and felt welcoming, everything we needed was provided. The two bathrooms made it easy for us, being a couple and a friend, in the morning. We went to the sauna (Mediterana), which was a truely amazing experience, had dinner at Sander Bauernstube (which was a funny, yet catered experience, because all of a sudden we were in the middle of a Taiwanese night, in a very German setting). We visited Bonn and had a wine near the river (Rhein), all quite close and easy reachable from the apartment on. Go there and enjoy Germany in a decently, clean, easy going, pleasent, surprising environment with a fantastic host!
