"Xuku Xokoa", traditional Basque house of 180m2 in a classified area of Biriatou, one of the most beautiful villages in the Basque Country.

The house is being renovated, the price is adapted accordingly, and we want to keep the charm of the old. Please take these particularities into account before booking, we will answer all your questions!

8 people maximum (one bathroom).

All included:
- Linen (tea towels, sheets, towels excluding beach towels).
- Wifi, Netflix, Sonos speaker.
- Books and board games available.
- Pelota rackets to go and play at the fronton (3 minutes walk)!
- And a bottle of Basque cider you must taste :-)

On request, at no extra charge:
- 1 baby cot.
- 2 children's chairs (Stokke).

House on two levels.
Ground floor: parking, laundry room.
1st floor: terrace, swimming pool, kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, bedroom 3 and bedroom 4, separate toilet, balcony with armchair.

We ask tenants to leave the house clean when leaving, cleaning products are available thank you.

La Spanish road can be heard depending on the period but it remains discreet.

In the village: A gastronomic restaurant, a charming inn, a bar, many traditional activities in the summer (Basque force, pelota, songs, shows) on the pediment 3 minutes walk from the house.

Hiking: Departure for the GR10 and the Xoldokogaina at the foot of the house. You will come across pottok, these small free-roaming horses emblematic of the Basque Country.
