Welcome!

We will be delighted to welcome you to our family home, located on the heights of Ascain in a quiet area and surrounded by greenery. Here, you will recharge your batteries and enjoy the song of the birds when you wake up, share good meals with family or friends, while staying just a few minutes away from the most beautiful sites of the Basque coast.PGJyPg
Our 120 m² house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

On the ground floor, you will find a large bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a friendly living room and a dining area where it is good to meet after a day of discovery. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this level.

Upstairs, a spacious master suite awaits you with its private bathroom and separate toilet, offering a more intimate space.

We particularly appreciate the calm that reigns around the house. Whether it's to have a coffee in the morning, read a book in the hammock or simply enjoy nature, the environment is ideal for disconnecting from everyday life.PGJyPg�PGJyPgThe house is ideally located to discover the whole of the Basque Country:PGJyPg
- Saint-Jean-de-Luz and its beaches are only 15 minutes away.
- The Spanish border and the ventas of Ibardin can be reached in 15 minutes.
- Emblematic villages such as Sare, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Ciboure, Hendaye, Ainhoa or Espelette are nearby.

Hiking enthusiasts can explore the Rhune and the surrounding trails.
Local markets, restaurants, beaches and water activities are easily accessible.

After a day between the ocean and the mountains, you will appreciate the pleasure of returning to the calm of home to share a dinner, put the world to rights over a drink or simply enjoy a peaceful evening on the shaded terrace in the garden.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison typique du pays Basque. Nous étions cinq personnes et avons particulièrement apprécié les trois chambres, ainsi que l'espace et le confort de la maison.La maison est très spacieuse, agréable à vivre et dispose d'un très joli jardin. Parfait pour se détendre et profiter des moments en famille.Son emplacement est également idéal : à proximité de la mer, tout en étant parfaitement situé pour découvrir l'intérieur du Pays basque et ses magnifiques paysages, notamment la Rhune.Un grand merci à Nubia, la propriétaire, pour son accueil chaleureux et ses délicates attentions à notre arrivée.Nous recommandons cette location sans la moindre hésitation.
