What? No tv for kids on Saturday morning. Long distance to the beach at that price.

Although this home isn’t directly on the beach, it more than makes up for it with its charm and overall appeal. The property is quiet, private, and thoughtfully equipped with a variety of amenities that truly make you feel at home. Everything matched the online photos perfectly, which made the experience even better. The location is convenient a straight drive to many of Pensacola’s top attractions and tourist spots while still offering a peaceful neighborhood setting. What stood out most was the incredible value; the price was phenomenal considering the location and quality of the home. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.

Great place

I located this property last min as I was in town due to a family emergency. The accuracy of the listing was spot on. Everything was great! The only thing missing is a television. Even though it’s listed as missing in the description. It would be a great addition to the property for entertainment. I would definitely book again!!

The property served our needs well. The communication with the host was great. The renovations and decor were absolutely amazing. There were a few problems with the property that are worth noting; the check it process requires the guest so strip the beds that were used, this is fine if all guests follow the clear instructions; however, and we can only assume that the previous guests did not follow the instructions as one of the beds had stains on the sheets and pillow cases, several were sandy and dirty. Most of the pots were left dirty upon our check in which required us to wash the pots and pans prior to the first use. Son of them were rusty and not usable. This place has the potential to be absolutely GREAT but fell short in several key, and important areas. The host was easy to reach and addressed some of the concerns.

Relaxing stay and very convenient to equestrian center

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The detail for cleanliness and decoration creates such a relaxing atmosphere. The hosts think of EVERY detail and more. The kitchen appliances are excellent and the kitchen is stocked perfectly for a variety of cooking needs. The bathrooms and bedrooms are well done and very clean. I would choose these hosts over and over again.
