Situated on the 19th floor, you will find yourself in one of the most desirable studio in Coconut Grove.

The balcony has captivating views of the ocean and sailboats. A hurricane-impact Balcony door was just recently installed along with a remote-controlled shade. The setup is a King size bed along with a queen pull-out Sofa. Perfect for a group of 4. There is no Daily room service in this condo hotel but you will be able to enjoy all the amenities that the hotel provides. POOL, GYM, etc

This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in a condo-hotel, go out for morning runs by the marina, it would not be rare to see peacocks walking the streets.

Great place and location!

We are familiar with Miami, so we knew that the location is near everything you may need! The condo was clean and perfect for my husband and I with a beautiful view of the Marina!

Two night short stay

The building is in a quiet, beautiful area outside the bustle of Miami. My husband and I wanted somewhere walkable and laid-back prior to taking a cruise. Coconut Grove is exactly that, and the accommodation does not disappoint. The apartment is perfect for two people was exactly as listed and shown in the photos and is comfortable. The pool area is very pleasant and an ideal place to hang out with great views of the area, The shops and restaurants within quick and easy walking distance are perfect for brunch and a little bit of shopping. The free tram a short walk away is an excellent option for seeing more of the local area. PADL have a kiosk close by if you want to rent paddle boards during your stay. Communication with the owner was delayed at times, but check-in was seamless, particularly as our flight arrived after midnight. We would stay here again, and recommend this apartment if you don’t want the crowds and business of other Miami areas.
