Renovated & chic house in the heart of Miami. 2 queen beds, 2 wide & comfortable couches (basically 4 beds). Located in Coconut Grove, minutes from Brickell, Downtown, and Coral Gables. Standing desk office to work away from home. 65" OLED TV with Netflix/Prime. Spacious backyard with smart charcoal BBQ. Local landscaping complements the original art & authentic FL decor. This historic house is pet friendly (with care for furnishings). Parking space provided and street parking available.

House details - 1200 square foot 2/2 Spanish-style historic concrete house with renovated interior and new front and back yards. 2 queen beds (firm), 2 wide and comfy couches, OLED TV, Uplift automatic standing desk w/ 2 computer monitors and speakers. The couch is modular and can be combined into a king size bed. 3 sets of weights with yoga mat. Washer/Dryer. Note: no dishwasher. Backyard is perfect for get togethers and dogs.

Access - There are two houses on the property. Guests will have access to the front house and front driveway. Guests may not enter the big front gate or park in the 2nd driveway due to tenants in the detached guest house in the back.

The bathrooms are stocked with body soap, face wash, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen has coffee (Nespresso and beans w/ grinder) and condiments in the refrigerator. The freezer has ice trays.

No parties please. Please keep the house reasonably clean and tend to pet business. Front door handle had a loose spring, but shuts fine and is perfectly secure.

SPECTACULAR STAY!

Since we arrived everything was clean, very nice decorations and good smells. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, even board games. The space in the back was a big plus since it was one of the reasons why we chose this place since we were with our puppy. We had no problems, if we had questions, the host answered and resolved quickly. It is also an excellent location to visit popular places in Miami.

Hello! I am from Palm Beach and lived in this house for a couple years before converting it to Airbnb. I loved every second of it and enjoy giving others the opportunity to enjoy the area as much as I did.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very close to Coral Gables, Brickell, central Coconut Grove and Coco Walk, and Downtown Miami. It is also an easy drive to Miami Design District, Wynwood, and South Beach. It is a short bike ride from Coco Walk.

What makes this property unique

This is a stylish detached house with a great chill area in the backyard. The house is furnished with high quality items, such as an LG OLED 65" TV, automatic standing desk, Herman Miller Embody office chair, a second office chair, and very comfortable firm mattresses. The master bedroom has a remote-operated bedframe with vibration and lounge settings. The HVAC system is brand new.
