Awesome place to stay - so close to downtown coconut grove. Very secure and safe with gate entry. Cottage was well stocked, furnished nicely, and great place for a pet. We will be back!

The location is great a block to coconut grove restaurants and shops. The place is clean and nice (as pictured) I have stayed a few times and plan to stay again. The management is prompt with an issue (I had trouble on my part with the key).

Cute cottage feeling to it, I grew up on the street it was located on so it brought back fond memories. I like that it was gated felt safe. I also liked that the kitchen was stocked with everything you could have wanted and that there was a washer and dryer. I was in town for visiting a dying family member so I was only there to sleep.

This place was a wonderful stop on our trip South. It was clean. It felt safe as it's in a walled compound. It was dog friendly with a very nice neighborhood to walk around. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and it was convenient to walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. The parking is limited but quite safe. We are hoping to return in the future.

Brandon, the walled compound and a neighbourhood worth strolling with a dog are two things that are hard to find together, so it is great to hear both made the trip south feel easy. Hoping to see you and your pup again on the next pass through.
