Le Petit Maison

This cute chalet is in a very nice area of Coconut Grove 2 blocks away from the neighborhood ce restaurant and Marina Monty’s, Sushi Macki and Starbucks!!!!! Monty’s is on the water.
Also you have fresh market south on the avenue Bayshore and some other good restaurants too
And is you keep on going you get to the heart of the Grove that is very much fun with nice restaurants, Bars, shops and just great!!!!!!!
This is to the right of the house!!!
Ant to the left also going south you have flannigans a fun bar and other good restaurants.
About 30 minutes to south beach, coral gables, airport etc!!!!!!
It’s very central!!!!!!!

Great location

The property is within walking distance of Coco walk and the bay. Convenient also to Coral Gables.

The listing highlighted a hot tub 3 different times and there was not one. When we asked the owner, she only said “no, sorry”. Broken window shade, broken shampoo/soap bottles, missing light bulbs in the house as well. Needs up keep. Location was great though and walkable to everything

Week in the Grove!

The place is fantastic. Everything was great for a relaxing time in Miami. Central to everything in Coconut Grove! Easy walk to the waterfront and cocowalk!

The area is very walkable, about 15min from most restaurants and shops. The home was clean and well-maintained. I would book again.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße, sodass es abends sehr laut war. Leider haben wir in dem Haus unsere erste Begegnung mit Bettwanzen gehabt.

Nice place

The bungalow is cute and very clean. The beds were comfortable. A/C worksed great and was much needed. We walked to Coconut Walk and Bayshore Marina daily. We cooked several meals - the kitchen is small but is complete. We felt safe in this area.
