This is a nice property in a very convenient location.it is in easy walking distance to several restaurants, yacht clubs, and Kennedy Park. The off street parking is a really nice amenity as well. the living areas are spacious and well appointed.

Excellent location! It was about a 10-15 minute drive (even coming back from the game) to LoanDepot Park. There’s a lot to do within walking distance. The house is a little dated but a good value for the price. Mario was very responsive to our questions.

Beautiful little cottage in great location! My husband and I rented for a few days while visiting our daughter. The location is convention to the University, the beach, downtown Miami, and in downtown coconut Grove. I walked to Fresh Market and Target -easy!The metro stops less than 5 minutes away for easy no car travel.The restaurants and shopping in the Grove are so fun! I can’t wait to return!

Nice, relaxing home in Coconut Grove

The area is very walkable, about 15min from most restaurants and shops. The home was clean and well-maintained. I would book again.

Week in the Grove!

The place is fantastic. Everything was great for a relaxing time in Miami. Central to everything in Coconut Grove! Easy walk to the waterfront and cocowalk!

Great location. House is getting old needs some tlc. Fridge is very noisy. We enjoyed our stay however we were gone doing things every day.

The listing highlighted a hot tub 3 different times and there was not one. When we asked the owner, she only said “no, sorry”. Broken window shade, broken shampoo/soap bottles, missing light bulbs in the house as well. Needs up keep. Location was great though and walkable to everything

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße, sodass es abends sehr laut war. Leider haben wir in dem Haus unsere erste Begegnung mit Bettwanzen gehabt.

Nice place

The bungalow is cute and very clean. The beds were comfortable. A/C worksed great and was much needed. We walked to Coconut Walk and Bayshore Marina daily. We cooked several meals - the kitchen is small but is complete. We felt safe in this area.
