This beautifully landscaped, wooded home is located on the canal in Ocean Pines with quick and easy access to the St. Martins River. Bring your boat and/or jet skis with two areas of dock - a 33-foot and a 51-foot - that include a fish-cleaning table with a sink and a dock ladder.

The spacious canalfront area at this home comes with lounge chairs, a picnic table, and a shaded hammock where you can relax and take in the view of passing wildlife and boats. You can also grill your fresh catch in the private wooded area with bistro tables for dining in the shade.

The water views extend inside to the living room, the three-season room, and the cozy screened-in porch as well. The spacious and bright living/dining room area boasts vaulted ceilings and coastal decor. Also on the first floor are a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a half-bathroom, and a bedroom with wooded views. The second floor features a bedroom with a water view, a den/office with woodland views, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Additional amenities include two kayaks, two paddleboards, four adult bikes, beach chairs, two umbrellas, a surfboard (7'6'), two boogie boards, fishing rods and tackle, and tennis rackets (all of which are to be used at guests' own risk and are not guaranteed). Free high-speed WiFi, two TVs with cable and Roku streaming devices, a DVD player, and a Wii with games are provided as well.

Thing to Know
Two dogs up to 75 pounds are welcome for a nightly fee (with the exception of huskies, German shepherds, and Rottweilers)
The boat lift and fireplace are not for guest use
Non-smokers only; there is no smoking of any kind, including vaping, in or on any part of the property
The kayaks, bikes, paddleboards, boogie boards, and surfboards are to be used at guests' own risk and are not guaranteed
There's an additional primary suite on the first floor that's locked and unavailable to guests (it's not included in the advertised bedrooms)

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
