This open, bright cottage has been beautifully renovated and sits right on the canal. Bring your boat, kayaks, or stand-up paddleboards to spend sun-filled days on the water right from your own private dock. The open living space is perfect for gatherings, while the well-equipped, full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything needed to whip up your favorite recipes. You can also do some grilling out on your private gas grill. There is the option to dine indoors or outdoors. After full days of adventure, relax on the comfy sofas and stream your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen TV, and then ventureout to the large, two-level deck with your beverage of choice to watch the water and the sunset.

Great place and great location

We loved the house, was exactly as listed. Kids enjoyed crabbing off the dock and launching their kayaks in the bay. Easy to get into and out of Ocean City to hit the beach, with Assateague nearby as well. Plenty of activities and shopping close by as well. Would love to stay again.

This was a great little house with a nice deck and lovely views in a fabulous location. Everything you need or want to do is close by. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking anything. Communication with the host was perfect. I would stay here year after year.

Great location, close to everything. Host is very nice and responds quickly. Very relaxing sitting on the back deck. Next time we will bring a boat to utilize boat dock.

Great trip!

This house had everything we were looking for! A dock for our boat, bedrooms for us and our 3 kids, huge 2 level deck and enough parking space for our trailer and truck. The outdoor eating space was used most nights and the kids caught crabs off the dock which entertained them for hours! We were a quick boat ride to the sandbar and all our favorite restaurants. The neighbors were super friendly and overall a quiet area.
