Located in the gated Villa Lago at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, The Sand Ranch at Villa Lago is a home promising a relaxing getaway. Entertain in two separate living areas, or relax on the private patio and take in the peaceful canal view. Head out on the six-person golf cart to explore the resort’s options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a 13-minute walk or a short golf cart ride away.

Kick back in the main living area, complete with two sofas and a flat-screen TV. Host a movie night in the second living area, furnished with a sofa, mini-fridge, and TV. Release your inner chef in the open kitchen, where a full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a French-door fridge. Select a beverage from two wine fridges. Then chat at the kitchen bar with seating for three. When dinner is served, the dining table seats six. Fire up the gas grill on the covered patio. Sandestin® is only used in this listing in reference to the geographic neighborhood of Miramar Beach, Florida commonly known as Sandestin. The property manager is not affiliated with the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort or Sandestin® Investments, LLC.
There is a new home being built next door, and guests may experience intermittent construction noise during work hours.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
