Located in a quiet neighborhood in historic Old Northeast, this charming 2BR/2BA mid-century bungalow promises a unique stay.

Walk to Coffee Pot Park and launch the provided kayaks onto the bayou for a thrilling day on the water. (If visiting during winter, keep your eyes peeled for manatees!) Drive or bike 2.5 miles to the new St. Petersburg Pier for art installations, green spaces, a playground, and casual dining. You’ll also be within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores.

After a fun day of adventures, return home to relax in style. From hardwood floors to marble countertops, your updated retreat features upscale finishes throughout. Two well-appointed bedrooms offer a restful stay with new mattresses. Outside, a fenced yard with a grill and covered alfresco dining set the scene for home cookouts.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, each appointed with brand-new mattresses.

Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a king bed with a high-end Sealy mattress. The sparkling en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

In the guest bedroom, two extra-long twin beds offer pillow-top mattresses and can be attached to make a king bed.

The guest bathroom provides a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Spend time together in the shared yard, completely surrounded by a privacy fence. A patio offers loungers, covered alfresco dining, and a gas grill.

Driveway parking for one vehicle. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note that the carriage house is occupied by a long-term tenant. The driveway, backyard, and backyard amenities are all shared with this tenant.

LOCATION

Walk 5 minutes to Coffee Pot Park, which offers a small playground, picnic tables, and a boat launch. Or stroll along the wide sidewalk on the west side of Coffee Pot, which runs north to Weedon Island Preserve and south past downtown St. Pete.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
