A newly renovated and newly furnished non-smoking apartment on the 1st floor (40m²) with a covered SW balcony, ideal for a quiet meal outdoors or just for relaxing and feeling good. The perfect apartment for a quiet and relaxing vacation for two. The bright and comfortably furnished living room and the dining area for up to four people invite you to linger; Sofa bed, satellite TV, new large flat screen TV (94cm diameter) with DVD player and a compact stereo system / CD player / MP-3 port; A selection of books (English and German literature) and various board games complete the offer. Free WiFi available. The bedroom is equipped with a new double bed (160/200) at a comfortable height. The new kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster etc. The newly renovated bathroom with shower / toilet, hairdryer and towel warmer, various cosmetics and towels are available. The entire apartment is tiled for a reduced-dust, low-allergen and irritant environment. A parking space in the underground car park is also available, depending on availability.

Favorable and quiet location: Our apartment SILAS is very conveniently located and is very quiet, but still very central, it is only about a 10-minute walk to the town center and the lake. The 18-hole golf course is also just a stone's throw away. Several hiking and biking trails are in close proximity to the apartment. From here you have access to the immense network of hiking and biking trails in the Black Forest. Bring your bike / MTB with you - the terrain offers countless opportunities for either quiet discovery bike rides or challenging and adventurous ultra tours.

Payment Terms:
Our prices can change until a binding confirmation. With a binding booking, you can transfer the invoice amount directly. The deposit is 25% of the invoice amount and must be transferred within 7 days of the booking confirmation. The remaining amount must be paid 10 days before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

Further information:
The prices are per night depending on the season for 2 people with a minimum occupancy of 4 nights per season. Shorter stays are possible at an additional cost. A sofa bed (140/200) is available in the living room. From the 3rd We charge an additional 18 EUR / person / night.

With a good guide, dogs are welcome with us for an additional fee of 5.00 EUR / night.

The tourist tax, which we pass on to the city of Titisee-Neustadt, is EUR 2.70 / person for people aged 16 and over, children from 6 years pay EUR 1.00 / child up to the age of 15.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!! Empfehlenswert!

Sehr tolle Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung sofort weiterempfehlen. Sofern es uns wieder in den Schwarzwald verschlägt würden wir diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Abwicklung etc. Alles unkompliziert gewesen.

heel ontspannen - fijne ligging - tiptop inorde

Appartement volledig in orde. Alles is werkelijk aanwezig (infobrochures, wandelkaarten, pantoffels, afwasproduct, handdoeken, kruiden, badlinnen, koffie,...) Uiterst geschikt voor een ontspannende vakantie met 2 personen. Vriendelijk onthaal, voldoende uitleg, steeds bereikbaar. Fijne ligging, rustig maar toch op wandelafstand (ongeveer 500 meter) van het centrum van Titisee. Op het terras kan je 's avonds genieten van prachtige luchten en zonsondergangen. Kortom een aanrader voor een gezellige vakantie met twee!

Modern und ruhig gelegene FeWo, preislich angemessen; Vermieter sehr freundlich

Der Ort Titisee selbst bietet selbst kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und auch sonst nicht viel. Dazu muss nach Neustadt gefahren werden. Der Ort ist touristisch überlaufen, es gibt viele Nippesläden in den Kuckucksuhren erworben werden können. Der See liegt herrlich inmitten der Berge, der Zugang zum Baden ist über das Strandbad möglich, Wasser sauber und angenehm. In der näheren Umgebung (30km) gibt es etliche Ausflugsziele. Zu empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall eine Wanderung durch die Wutachschlucht sowie für den Kinderspaß die Sommerrodelbahn in Todtnau. Juli 2018

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal Gast in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist so wie beschrieben, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage parken. Hinter dem Haus ist man für Spaziergänge gleich im Wald, was insbesondere für einen Urlaub mit Hund vorteilhaft ist.

Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlgarantie

Wir fanden die Ferienwohnung genau so vor, wie im Internet beschrieben und fühlten uns sofort heimisch. Sie ist in einem Topzustand - sehr sauber und vor allem sehr gemütlich! Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Wir erhielten wertvolle Tipps bezüglich Essen gehen oder in Hinsicht auf Ausflüge. Man kann die Umgebung wunderbar "erwandern" und falls die Füße müde werden, nimmt man einfach den Zug oder Bus - hierfür hat man für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes freie Fahrt mit seiner Gästekarte. Man kann im Halbstundentakt mit dem Zug bequem nach Freiburg fahren oder auch an den Schluchsee (nur 2 Beispiele von vielen). Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, auch wenn es teilweise kein Bilderbuchwetter war. Wir haben festgestellt, dass es am Titisee bei jedem Wetter schön sein kann und kommen gerne wieder!

Wie zu Hause 😊

Ein paar schöne Tage Titisee

Die Vermieterin hat uns freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt!!! Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Natur in der Umgebung hat viel zu bieten. Aber auch zum Rheinfall in der Schweiz oder nach Basel sind es nur 1,5 Std Fahrt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Schön & gepflegt !!!

Was für eine schöne und gepflegte Wohnung - wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Der tolle Balkon lädt super zum verweilen ein. Wir, zwei Personen mit unserem Hund Cooper, hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das naheliegende Wäldchen direkt hinterm Haus war perfekt zum Gassigehen. Nach einem kleinen Spaziergang ist man am Titisee und kann durch die Fußgängerzonen bummeln, shoppen oder die vielen Restaurants aufsuchen. Alles in allem weiterzuempfehlen! Wir werden wiederkommen =) Die Abwicklung mit Frau Leth verlief super und der Empfang durch den Eigentümer Herr Löffler war sehr nett! Vacances d´estiu 2015

Va ser una setmana perfecta. La zona i la situació de l'apartament és molt bona. Titisee és un lloc molt tranquil a les (7:30 ja és impossible sopar...), no necessites el cotxe per fer caminades molt macas, proper a Freiburg en 30 minuts estàs a la ciutat. L'apartament està molt equipat i és acollidor, i els propietaris són molt amables i servicials. Va estar tot perfecte. 1.200 Km recorreguts per la selva negra..... va ser perfecte ¡ It was a perfect week. The area of the apartment and the situation is very good. Titisee is very quiet (at 7:30 dinner is impossible...) does not need the car for very nice walks, close to Freiburg in 30 minutes you are in the city. The apartment is equipped and cozy, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. It was all perfect. 1.200 km routes through the Black Forest was perfect..... ¡

fabulous apartment

A lovely clean modern apartment a short walk from the lake in a quiet area. Well maaintained and with all the equipment you could wish for.. Heiko the owners representatve was very informative and helpful. The little town of titisee is very pretty and very busy but in the evenings it is quieter with fewer tourists around. We tried just about every restaurant there with no complaints. A good base for motorcycling not too far from he swiss border if you want to try out a few of the alpine passes. The furka pass was brilliant. Plenty to see and do in the black forest with many lovely winding roads.

Schöner Urlaub am Titisee

Wir haben uns in der leider viel zu kurzen Urlaubswoche in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung machte auf uns einen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Bei super Wetter konnten wir nach unseren Wanderungen, den Abend auf dem Balkon Revue passieren lassen. Dank der vielen Tipps die wir bekommen haben, haben wir rund um den Titisee viel schönes gesehen und erlebt. Wir können mit ruhigem Gewissen die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. LG Wolfgang & Martina

Schöne Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen, wir haben uns 14 Tage lang wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir von unseren Wanderungen und Städtetouren abends heimkehrten, konnten wir auf dem tollen Süd-West-Balkon den Sonnenuntergang genießen und dieTage Revue passieren lassen. Die Anbindung zum Ort Titisee ist ebenfalls ideal, nicht zu nah am Geschehen, aber auch nicht zu weit entfernt. Die Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht weiter zu empfehlen. Ingrid & Georg

Lovely well kept apartment

My husband and I spent 4 days in the SILAS apartment in Titisee. We found the apartment to be exactly as per the photos on the website, and it was very clean and comfortable. The owner gave us a great welcome and could not have been more helpful with showing us all the features of the apartment. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Wifi is also free which is a real plus as we were travelling on to France so it was great to be able to check emails and make bookings etc. The bathroom is lovely with a very good shower and a really good hair dryer. The only issues we had was that there is no oven in the kitchen, if you are cooking, this restricts you a bit. Though there is a cooker and microwave as well as kettle and coffee machine. Also we needed to do laundry and while there is a laundry room, we found the dryer was broken. The washing machine required several 50c coins to operate which was a pain as it can be hard to have several 50c coins. The area the apartment is in is very quiet and it's not advisable to come to Titisee without having a car as it is quite a rural area. It's a residential area and very quiet so not a place for late night parties! it's a beautiful area though we were very unlucky with very bad weather when we were there. I would recommend the Bade Paradise, only about 5 minutes drive from the apartment - do not miss it!

toller Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entsprach dem Angebot im Internet. Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter und konnten den Balkon sehr gut nutzen. Der Ort Titisee und die verschiedenene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca. max. 500m. Wir werden diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen und bei unserem nächsten Urlaub im Schwarzwald wieder buchen.
