Very nice ground floor apartment with terrace and garden use in the middle of Tititsee-Neustadt. Elevated edge of the forest with a unique view of the mountains around Lake Titisee. Walking time to the lake: 10 minutes. Leisure opportunities such as action forrest and a fun pool are in the immediate vicinity.

Relax in the sunny garden, have breakfast on the covered terrace. In winter it is the idyllic place to practice winter sports on the Feldberg.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und toll eingerichtet - es fehlt wirklich nichts. Kommunikation war total entspannt und alles hat prima geklappt. Die Terrasse mit Südlage haben wir gut und gerne genutzt und innerhalb 10 Minuten ist man am See, Bäcker ist ebenfalls so zu erreichen.Absolute Empfehlung :)

Das Badezimmer inkl. Toilette war bei Ankunft sehr unsauber, wir mussten dieses erstmal intensiv reinigen.In der Küche lag der Müll von den Vormietern. Der Geruch in der Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr unangenehm.

Gemütliche Familienunterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Die Wohnung ist aufgeräumt/sauber und sehr gemütlich.Die Austattung war gut und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Lage ist sehr schön, weil man zwar weit genug weg ist vom Tourismusverkehr in der Stadt, aber lediglich 5 minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Alles da, schöne ruhige Lage gut Ausgestattet

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. In direkter Nähe zu einem Rodelberg (danke an den Nachbarn für den Tipp ;)), es gab genug Geschirr und Besteck, dass man auch die Spülmaschine voll bekommt. Die Terasse war auch im Winter ein Highlight zum Schneespielen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche am Titisee und auch in der ausgewählte Wohnung. Überzeugt hat uns die Sauberkeit, Ordnung und die Lage (nur 10 min. zu Fuß bis zum See. Da wir mit Hund da waren, war die Wohnung im Erdgeschoß ideal, da es vor der Terrasse ein Garten gab mit Rasen. Wir werden bestimmt bei unseren nächsten Aufenthalt am Titisee diese Wohnung wieder mieten. Familie Maaßen

super localisation et appartement

vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dans ce petit appartement fonctionnel. cuisine et salle de bain modernes, 2 chambres séparées et un espace extérieur. Parfait pour visiter les environs de la Forêt Noire. Je recommande fortement, en outre super communication avec les propriétaires.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung - Hinweise für Titisee

Die FeWo selbst ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wenn man (wie wir) mit ÖPNV anreist, sollten man die ca. 1km bis zum Bahnhof bedenken - ist aber machbar und mit der Höllentalbahn sehr verlässlich und gut an den Fernbahnhof Freiburg angeschlossen. Titisee selbst ist ein netter Ort, recht touristisch, und hat vieles, was man benötigt - einzig ein Supermarkt fehlt (der Edeka im Gewerbegebiet ist NICHT für Privatkunden!). Hier muss man bis Neustadt fahren. Obst/Gemüse und Brot bekommt man aber tagtäglich vor Ort. Sehr positiv aufgefallen sind uns die netten Nachbarn im Haus, die uns mit hilfreichen Tipps manches Problem ersparten, sowie die gute Anbindung an begehrte Reiseziele im Hochschwarzwald (Feldberg, Schluchsee, Neustadt, Wutachschlucht, Ravennaschlucht sind allesamt ohne Umstieg mit Bus/Bahn erreichbar, wenn man im Falle der Schluchten ein paar km zu Fuß gehen kann). Zwei kleine Hinweise am Rande: Wer kleine Kinder hat bzw. öfter mal zu Supermarkt/Apotheke muss, sollte lieber mit dem Auto anreisen. Und: Viele 50ct-Münzen mitbringen, wenn man waschen möchte - die Waschmaschine im Keller nimmt nur diese Münzart (3x50ct für 40° Normalwaschgang).

Het appartement is ruimtelijk. Keuken wat aan de kleine kant maar van alles voorzien om zelf te koken. Terrasje buiten is fijn met een mooi uitzicht. Het meer en de bossen zijn op loopafstand. Prima plek om in Titisee te verblijven als uitvalbasis om te wandelen.

Urlaub am Titisee

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Angefangen von der Buchung mit sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermietern, bis über das einchecken selbst (welches sogar Uhrzeittechnisch früher als geplant statt finden konnte) hat alles super gepasst. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen (selbst mit Kindern). Zusätzlich hatten wir sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten viel unternehmen. Die Ferienwohnung ist aber auch für schlecht Wettertage ausgerüstet. Es sind zahlreiche Bücher und Spiele für jung und alt vorhanden. Auch der DVD Player hat bereits einige Genre an Filmen inklusive. Hier spinnt ab und an allerdings der Lautsprecher. TV ist problemlos möglich. Auch das kostenfreie WLAN erhält einen Plus Punkt. Bei der Spülmaschine waren wir uns nicht so sicher ob diese noch einwandfrei funktioniert, da diese an einer Ecke schon halb raushängt?! Im allgemeinen hätte die Wohnung deutlich sauberer sein können. An den Fenstern und unter den Betten waren bereits bei Ankunft Spinnweben. Das Geschirr haben wir zum Teil nochmal per Hand nachgespült. Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung aber super zu empfehlen. Auch die direkten Nachbarn sind sehr nett :-)

Excellent Appartement à Titisee bien équipé et bien situé

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, avec une belle terrasse. Distance au lac Titisee à seulement quelques centaines de mètres. Les petits bourgs pittoresques de forêt noire, les chemins de randonnées, les therme stations à Titisee et dans les environs, les choix sont nombreux pour la découverte et pour la détente.

Wonderful

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, peaceful and has a lovely view from the garden. Owners very helpful. Only a 10 minute walk to lakeside, beach area, restaurants etc. We had a lovely holiday!

Top Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super! Wir waren mit drei Kindern dort. Zu dritt ist das Zimmer zwar schon recht eng, aber für die Kinder war es zum Schlafen vollkommen ausreichend. Außerdem sind viele Bücher, Spiele usw für Kinder vorhanden. In der kleinen Küche versteckt sich wirklich alles, was man so braucht. Und bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber immer zu erreichen! Kann ich weiter empfehlen und würden auch selbst nochmal hinfahren!
