Perfect for our group!

We had a great stay! We really enjoyed the kitchen/dining area, cooking breakfast and playing games in the evenings. Plenty of room for two couples. We each had our own bedroom with en-suite. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed watching the area children walking to school in the mornings. Herr Joos is a great host; quick to respond to texts, and very fair. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic apartment

Stayed for 7 nights April/May 2024. Apartment is immaculate and provides every need you have whilst on holiday. Alexander is a great host full of ideas to make your stay enjoyable, attentive without being oppressive. Great location in the heart of the Black Forest. We visited Freiburg, Colmar, Lake Konstance, Meersburg, Titisee, Triberg to name a few all visited using the free local trains and buses or by private car. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Wir haben über Silvester ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Neustadt verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet – alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden.Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, gleichzeitig war alles gut erreichbar.Auch für mehrere Personen war ausreichend Platz vorhanden, sodass wir uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt haben. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und sagen vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Sehr gut ausgestattete und große Ferienwohnung! So eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung hatten wir bisher noch nicht. In der Küche war sogar ein Mixer, eine Küchenwaage, Pürrierstab und eine Auflaufform vorhanden!

Hohe und ruhige Lage

Neue Küche. Viel Platz. Freundliche Vermieter. Wenn man mit der Bahn anreist, hat man die erste Wanderung hinter sich. Eine schöne Wanderung gleich vom Haus aus. War ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Zum Titisee fährt man eine Station mit der S Bahn. Also etwas außerhalb von der Tourismushochburg.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß; es ist Platz für alle vorhanden. Die Küche ist ganz neu und es sind genügend Duschbäder vorhanden dass es sich mit vielen Personen keine „Engpässe“ gibt. Es ist alles sauber und auch Bücher und Spielzeug ist vorhanden. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Zeit zu Weihnachten

Wir haben mit der Familie gemeinsam Weihnachten in der Wohnung gefeiert. Sehr groß mit drei Bädern und schönem großen Esstisch. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Gemütlichkeit, Ruhe und eine herrliche Aussicht

Wir haben uns als Familie in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt von der Haustür aus konnten wir die wunderbare Natur erleben und schöne Spaziergänge machen. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Hund fühlte sich auch sehr wohl.
