The Basics Done Well
The house and landscaping are very nice. When we arrived the house was spotless. All of the appliances and internet worked flawlessly. Vacasa was very responsive when we needed to leave 2 days early. The neighbors are friendly. If you’re looking for a lot of amenities other properties offer, look elsewhere. For example: Heated pool, more than 1 tv with a wide choice of channels, an upgraded grill, etc.. We knew these things ahead of time so it was no surprise. We also knew there could be a lot of street noise from Sands Blvd and there was. We knew these things so we aren’t complaining, just giving future tenants a heads up. Our only major complaint was the lanai. When we arrived we discovered that two 6 foot square sections of lanai screening were missing. A Vacasa rep told me they were damaged in a recent storm. So we had to buy bug candles and spray but still had bites. This should have been told to us prior to arrival. We love to sit outside but at times it was difficult. Once the lanai is repaired, we can recommend the house for those who want the basics to work well and don’t need bells and whistles.

Nice Luxury home!
Love staying at the home will definitely come back again. Only suggestions are add a TV in the living room or Master Suite and heat the pool. Loved the neighbors including Carol.

Recent stay
I absolutely love the house me and my families best part was the pool. Some things we think should be updated the cleaning was not very good we came behind and did cleaning better than the housekeepers and you get charged a cleaning fee. also during our week stay me and my husband reached out several times to hunter the property manager and got no response the master bedroom was covered in Ants, so that wasn’t a good way to sleep for 7 nights! There is 1 T.V. In the entire house that didn’t bother us but isn’t ideal for most families. Again beautiful home and neighbors but there cleaning company needs some help, and overall property management im glad it wasn’t anything majorly wrong and we needed to reach them. We will be back for sure next year just different renters..

Winter vacation
The home was large and lovely but the furnishing were not nice at all. Definitely needs some decor as there was not even a picture on the walls. One TV in a smaller room wasn’t suitable for us. Should be one in master too. I was unable to use the pool as it isn’t heated.

Nice home but did not meet our expectations
The home is nice and spacious but needs some maintenance. We were looking forward to pool time and enjoying the lanai. Unfortunately the pool was not heated which we should have inquired before renting. The pool was not clean upon arrival nor was it serviced during our week stay. The caged lanai had screened areas missing. The home was very clean but needs some decor . The kitchen had all the essentials if you are planning to make meals, although the cookware needs to be replaced. There is a busy street located directly behind the home. The neighborhood is very nice.
