A loveseat and sofa provide ample plush seating. Curl up with a new book in an armchair and light the electric fireplace for added allure. Home chefs will appreciate the gourmet kitchen, which is appointed with spacious granite countertops. High-end stainless steel appliances include double ovens and a gas range. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar or at the table in the breakfast nook. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a 55” TV, and a sun-lit reading nook. Two balconies (one shared with the guest room, and one private) offer comfy seating and beautiful Gulf views. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a 42” TV, and direct access to the shared balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom holds two twin-size beds and a 40” TV. The third bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. Bay windows provide natural light and views in the fourth bedroom. Sleep soundly on a king-size bed and watch movies on the 40” TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Swim in all seasons in the sparkling heated pool. The covered deck surrounding the pool is furnished with a plush sectional and ample chaise lounge seating. A sandy pathway connects the backyard to the beach. Enjoy dinner with a view on the dining balcony, outfitted with a gas grill and a table. A pair of bistro tables on the second balcony seats more people if needed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
