Private Oceanfront Resort with Pool & Spa

Beautifully decorated 8 bedroom 6 bath large home as close to the ocean as you can get, great for family get togethers or corporate retreats . Please note max guest allowed by the City of Redington Shores: 12 Adults (6 & up is counted as an adult), you can have additional children under 6 not included. You can also have 4 extra adults (that are not spending the night) for a total of 16 adults on property. House can be seen in the movie “80 for Brady!”

You will enjoy the convenience, private beach and pool and space this property has to offer your large group. Big open 40’ deck off the second floor where a wall of windows and glass doors opens up from the dining room and living room to your unobstructed view of the ocean, . This deck wraps the entire oceanfront side of the home.

Expansive living room ,dining room and kitchen offer panoramic ocean and beachfront views and overlooks your private beachfront pool and hot tub, and outdoor grilling area. Enjoy the large seating area which includes new cushioned love seats and chair seating for your entire group You will love having your morning coffee, reading the paper, or a sunset dinning experience.

Upstairs are 6 bedrooms, including two more private oceanfront balconies with two private oceanfront king master bedroom suites -one with private jacuzzi master bath overlooking the ocean. Another hall jacuzzi bath also has a beachview.

6 bedrooms upstairs with loads of room for kids to sleep in rooms with twins and daybeds and bunks with big flatscreen TVs in all the bedrooms with gaming in some. The kiddos to sleep together, but close to parents. Please note that bedrooms 7 and 8 are pass through bedrooms connected to the queen bedrooms.

Two king bedrooms with private baths on the main floor behind the kitchen and living rooms. On the main balcony, enjoy the large seating area which includes new cushioned love seats and chair seating for your entire group and a new bar with 6 chairs and firepit for the nightime ambience as you swim in the lighted pool or enjoy the swimspa. Or you will love having your morning coffee, reading the paper watching the sunrise , or a sunset dinning experience.

The main floor has two sofa sleepers with storage and another wrap around sofa, dining room tables, inside and out and a fully equipped kitchen for large groups with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and separate icemaker as well as another full size refrigerator by the pool and pool size grilling area and a poolside drink cooler you can roll out to the beach so you will never run out of drinks.

Sleeps 12 adults in beds plus kids (under 6). Please note that Redington Shores short term rental restrictions are 12 max adults (6 & up is included in that number). You can have additional guests who are under 6. In addition, you can have 4 people visit during the day but not stay over for a max of 16 adults (6& up) on property. There are 4 kings, 4 queens, 4 twins, 1 day bed, 1 bunk bed that is a double on bottom and twin on top.

Parking onsite for 4-5- large cars No street parking w/o getting tickets and complaints from neighbors. But there is a public parking lot around the corner.

No garage use.

If your intention is to enjoy your family and friends in a respectful manner this is the place for you! We have a no tolerance policy toward "parties" and guests who aren't respectful of neighbors. Please understand this is a home with neighbors very near by who live there full time. Thanks for your understanding in advance!

The most beautiful views of the sunset you have ever seen! Trolley stops in Gulf Blvd which is a one minute walk from the property. Only 20 minutes from St. Pete or Clearwater and 5 minutes from Madeira beach. Walk to restaurants and bars.

Also - if your booking during hurricane season - trip insurance is recommended and offered in case you need to change your plans. Also we have a new construction home next door the neighbor has moved in but note its posible for them to be doing outdoor work:improvements etc. we do not have notices from neighbors when improving their homes.
