Direct Beach Front - Pool Home - 6 Bedrooms - 4.5 Baths - Newly Built

This fabulous newer construction home is located directly on the golden sands of Indian Shores. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors. Please note that no pets are not allowed at this property with no exception.

The 1st floor consists of the large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars.

The second floor has a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for six at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area and a large sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a huge balcony that has sweeping views up and down the white sandy beaches of Indian Shores. There is an outdoor bar area, Weber grill as well as space for dining and relaxation.
On this level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds which will only accommodate children, these share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.
The third floor consists of 4 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit. Bedroom 2 - has a king bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The other two bedrooms on this level share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor, as well as another large balcony with incredible birds’ eye views over the beach. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience.
There is no doubt, that you, your family and friends will enjoy your stay in our Blue Horizons Villa.

We had an amazing weeklong stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our multigenerational family vacation. The house was perfect for traveling with two young kids - they absolutely loved spending time in the pool.The kitchen was incredibly well appointed, which made it easy for us to prepare most of our meals at the house. The location was also fantastic - being able to walk along the beach whenever we wanted was such a treat.Overall, it was a perfect spot for our family getaway. We’d happily stay here again and are already planning to come back in the coming years!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Horizons! The location was perfect and the private pool was great! The house was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. This is a beautiful house and it was represented correctly. Beautiful beach and area. The pool was a perfect alternative to the gulf and good shaded areas when you needed out of the sun. You can’t beat the views . The kitchen was well equipped and surprisingly well stocked.

A Piece of Paradise

We had 8 people (two families) stay at the house including two 86 year olds. The elevator was so useful for our seniors and for luggage. The house is just beautiful. The nightly sunset view was amazing, so much so that we worked dinner reservations around it. The pool and beach access were perfect. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a piece of paradise for a week.
