The house was clean and well appointed. Nice pool area and plenty of outside gathering areas. The golf cart was helpful. The best part (if you have kids) is the park across the street. Hosts were responsive.

Great house, great location, great property owners! We were able to see manatees and the cutes baby manatee at the dock! The golf cart made the ride to the beach convenient. The view at the dock was perfect for pictures and the morning sunrise!

Everything about the house, the pool, check-in, working win Tom, the golf cart to get around, etc., was great!! The kitchen is well appointed and there are plenty of towels and beach towels. We would all definitely stay here again, our group loved it!! 10/10

Perfect place for family

Perfect stay for our family with kids 19-24…everyone had their own space but there are wonderful common areas! The pool is great, easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach..kayaks were awesome. Lots of fun restaurants and bars in the area. Tom was an excellent host, we will definitely be back!!

Great trip!

This was the best vacation! The house had everything we needed. We charted one of his boats for the day and had so much fun! The golf cart was a lot of fun. Everything is so close.

Property has all the amenities needed for a large family gathering. Close access to the beach is a bonus. Owner responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommended.
