The property is beautifully situated in a very quiet neighbourhood with a few restaurants / shops nearby. You will need to be prepared to travel to nearby Indian shores or Clearwater if you require greater choice. The property is very clean but was starting to look a little “tired”. Cosmetic rather than structural. I wouldn’t recommend to families with young (under 5) children due to the close proximity of the water and also the absence of any barrier around the perimeter of the dock. The host was excellent with his communication to us and also resolved one very minor issue we highlighted the very next day. We had a great holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again if we were ever to stay in this area again.

Nice home and great location

We really enjoyed the property. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The whole house layout worked great with plenty of bedroom and private bathrooms. We didn’t get to use tbt pool and hot tub due to the weather - but I am sure they provide lots of fun.

Family vacation

I can’t say enough about how we enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly what we needed. We swam, fished, cooked, grilled, ate, slept, and played. We had 6 kids and 10 adults and the house/pool/dock was perfect for us. Thanks to Lawrence for being responsive and helpful with all our needs.
