The view of the beach for this property is absolutely amazing! This property itself is also beautiful, but it can use some repairs and updates. My family and I had an amazing time here and we are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

The location was perfect! Walkable to a couple bars/restaurants and the beach view/pool was awesome. Two upstairs master bedrooms and you wake up to the view of the beach/gulf.

Private backyard with private pool and beach area leading to public beach - awesome views and laid-back beach area. We had 3 generations staying and it was perfect for us - plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate for meals and extra activities inside or out.

Love the property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing family getaway!

My family and I had a beautiful stay at this home. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows for anyone who needed them and the kitchen was wide open and easy for several of us to be preparing a meal together. The outdoor space was expansive enough that everyone had space to move around or sit in a corner for a quiet conversation. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for our parents who are in their late 70s, but The open floor plan and large doors going out to the decks made it easy for them to move around. Otherwise. We also very much appreciated the multiple baby Gates and pack and plays that were on the property. It was a huge convenience for a family that flew in from out of state. Love the property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing family getaway!

The property is in major disrepair. The ceilings had multiple leaks. The hot tub would not get warm. The pool lights do not work. Many lights in the house were shorting out. The maintenance guy came by a couple of times but nothing was really done. There were broken rocks on the edge of the pool, drywall that needed patched, and many light bulbs out. The location is great and the air conditioning worked great but that is all I can really say good about the place. Definitely not worth even half the money spent to rent. I will not go back to this property.

We’re sorry this stay did not meet your expectations. We take concerns about the condition and operation of the home seriously and responded during the stay whenever an issue was reported. I also know it is disappointing when it rains and storms a lot during a stay. Our maintenance professional visited the property to assist with the hot tub, which was heating and operational when he left. Another issue that was mentioned was the door lock which was 100% working when we checked it out. The pool lights were unusually dim and needed replacement. Unfortunately, underwater pool lights cannot safely be replaced immediately while guests are using the pool; the repair requires a pool professional with diving equipment or the pool must be drained. We arranged for the necessary service as quickly as possible. The area also experienced unusually heavy, wind-driven rain during the stay, which allowed some water to enter near the sliding-glass doors. This was not caused by widespread ceiling or roof failure, but we still had a roofing professional inspect the home and determine how to improve the seals above the doors and porches. We recognize that these issues were frustrating, and we have addressed the needed repairs and maintenance. The guests immediately before and after this reservation both left five-star reviews, and we remain committed to providing the experience reflected in the overwhelming majority of our guest feedback.

We had an amazing time! Couple issues with the pool heater, but was handled within minutes! The views were stunning and we all loved having the beach right out the back door. We never wanted to leave! Also the wildlife had everyone entertained.
