Newly remodeled in 2019, this quite family-friendly ocean block condo will place you a quick stroll from the beach in midtown Ocean City. Recent updates include new tile floors throughout, two upgraded bathrooms, new kitchen appliances and cabinetry, and a new washer/dryer for your swimsuits and beach towels. Enjoy free WiFi and your own shaded balcony as well!

Here in midtown Ocean City, not only will you have excellent walking access to the beach, you'll be within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of family-friendly activities, the convention center, and every convenience you could want or need.

THINGS TO KNOW
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location to the beach

My husband, myself and kids recently stayed. Very quiet area, super close access to the beach. We would definitely stay again. Only concern is the air conditioning - it wasn’t considerably hot during our stay outside, and wish the temp inside could have been a few degrees cooler. If it were hot 85+ everyday - then the inside temp definitely would have been an issue.

Ocean side, close to the beach. Not a lot of cooking utensils though! However the beds were very comfy, gave us plenty of dishwasher pods, dish soap, and shower amenities! Outdoor shower. The parking is difficult to figure out. No privacy on the front door. Over all enjoyed the stay!

Place was nice, but there was not a broom or dust pan and all hardwood floors. I to go and buy one.

The air conditioner did not work overly well. Had to block all the fence in the living room dining room and kitchen in order to have any Erin Hall in the back two bedrooms.

My daughters and I had. Great stay at Sun-E-Lane. It is very roomy and comfortable. TV’s in every room with a great choice things to watch. It’s close to the beach and many choice for restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint and it’s very minor is there there was no broom or vacuum cleaner to be able to clean up the sand that gets tracked in. With the tile floors which are very nice, the sand starts to accumulate as the week goes on. I love that Vacasa he’s all the beds prepared with fresh linens and starter shampoos, soap and paper products.

Curtains in Master bedroom noted to be very worn, one of the dresser knobs in master was off, the 2 can openers were broken.
