This three-bedroom, two-bath, 1,500-square-foot condo boasts a prime location in the desirable downtown historic area, 350 feet from the boardwalk and beach!
When you're not out enjoying a fun hike or a romantic walk along the shoreline, kick back with friends in the living room and watch a good ballgame or your favorite movies and shows on the TV. The home has a well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, and loads of pots/pans/utensils. After preparing a sumptuous meal, serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for six, and then head out to the balcony to savor a refreshing beverage in the salty sea breeze.
The central AC will keep everything nice and cool, and the free WiFi will make researching tomorrow's next adventure quick and easy. This unit boasts four balconies. One common and one off each bedroom.
If you like nightlife, this is the place. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Once you park the car, you may not even use it again. The kids will love the pool and/or the beach during the day and the many amusement rides and arcades around the corner in the evening. Also, check out the 1912 Hershell-Spillman carousel, one of the oldest in the country. It's beautiful!

The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice, including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
