WE DON’T REQUIRE ANY CHORES! Come unwind at our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. Sleeps 8 people comfortably. We offer a king suite with a master bath, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. Minutes from downtown Vernal. Private drive with easy access for RV/ATV parking. 3.9 miles from the Dinosaur Museum. 24 minutes to Dinosaur National Quarry. 43 minutes to Flaming Gorge. Lots of great local mountain biking and ATV trails. Comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen.
*Note: We have a pool that we enjoy sharing with our guests by appointment only. Be aware that there is no life guard on duty. No children, under the age of 18, are allowed without an adult. Guest assumes all liability when using the pool.

Quiet Retreat

This is a nice distance from town yet still close to restaurants and activities. The cottage is clean and comfortable. It even comes with charming cats. We would easily decide to stay there again.

This property was just what we needed for touring Vernal and local areas. We even indulged in the use of the pool one of our days. The owners are wonderful host. It is in the country so dust and bugs are present FYI.

This place was above our expectations - cheaper than garbage hotels in town and a quiet peaceful location with super professional hosts. We fished the green river out of Dutch John and went to dinner in town and visited sites in the surrounding Vernal area.

Amazing getaway

The house was great. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The hosts were great and responded quickly. Check in was easy. The house is located close to stores and restaurants and close to Dinosaur National Monument, which was our primary reason for the trip. We had a great time.

Lovely Property & Lovely Stay

The house was just as advertised and perfect for a multi generational family stay. The hosts were easy to work with and welcoming. The house is very clean, and well appointed which made cooking family meals a breeze. Also a great launching spot for exploring Dinosaur National Monument and surrounding area. Comfortable place in nice town

The place was perfect. We had mountain bike races in the area and the place was relaxing, clean, and comfortable. The owner takes great care in the details. Will stay again if we race vernal next year.
