The grandkids loved the well stocked toys, books, games, movies, and 'the cave'! They were tickled to find a 'hidden room'. That will be so fun when it is finished. We enjoyed the little bits of history that have been retained, even though the home has been remodeled; some of the original wood floors, old brick, and the arched doorways. Don't ever let anyone convince you to get rid of, or hide, those features! The front porch solarium is nice, as is the covered cabana and BBQ in the back. The kitchen was wonderful, and we had plenty of room. We were advised not to overload the power, but we did, once. Having to visit the breaker box was not a problem. We did hope to be able to get a wheelchair in, but the few steps prevented that. A future improvement would be to build a ramp to the back door closest to the driveway. Being ADA would expand your visitor options. Thank you so much for having us!

This is a quite neighborhood within walking distance to the heart of downtown Vernal. So much to see and do!

What makes this property unique

Our property has 6 bedrooms with a total of 4 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 full and 3 twin beds. We have a beautiful fenced in back yard with a bbq grill and pergola for nice shade for relaxing. We have lots of toys and games for lots of family fun.
