Two Full Baths in Newly Renovated ski golf Condo! New on Market!!

Newly Renovated Condo with two new full bathrooms! Set on the 2nd hole of Minerals golf course. Minutes from the Mountain Creek Ski area, snow tubing, water park and 6 premier golf courses. Our unit is located in a quiet building which is perfect for families with 24 hr security. We recently spent over 40K on renovations, the unit is in fantastic condition with new bathrooms, flooring, carpeting, most of the furniture is new and we would like to keep it that way. Absolutely no parties or guests other than those listed on our contract. Hopefully this works for you if not you may want to choose another listing.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great stay. The host was helpful and the logistics were very smooth. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. It was very well equipped and we appreciated the basket of snacks left for us! We would definitely come back for another stay!

Steve is a fantastic host!! Beautiful location, very peaceful out in nature! If you aren’t a fan of stairs, this may not be the place for you but we had a lovely visit!

We had a nice time there in Steve’s condo. It was close to the slopes, clean, and freshly remodeled. We would certainly stay there again in the future. Steve maintained excellent communication with us the entire time.

Family road trip

This was a great way to start our road trip. The condo was great, very clean, welcoming, and had all the things anyone could need. The owner was very easy to reach during our stay. They even left snacks for when we arrived and check out was a breeze! It’s nice to not have to clean the place top to bottom at check out, felt like a true vacation!

Great Place to stay!

We were in the area for a dance competition and this property was perfect. We shared with another parent and child. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The unit was spacious and extremely clean in a really nice community. The host is absolutely wonderful and has great communication with you. I will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Golf Weekend

Great space! Newly renovated… pictures are very accurate. Steve had many amenities in the place… Kureg coffee… snacks… Bathrooms were very nice and small deck was quite tranquil… saw several deer and even a family of black bear as we drove up through the resort drive. It made the golf weekend with my twin brother very relaxing and cozy!

Siblings Retreat

We only booked for 1 night as we were attending a birthday party the next day. So we enjoyed a short Siblings visit. The place was Exactly as shown in the pictures. We Never left. We were so comfortable and the place is so cozy, we stayed im and had a Wonderful evening. Steve was Great, very responsive and accommodating. We would Definitely Return & stay longer.

Wagoner Vernon Ski town home

Our host Steve Wagoner was kind personable, professional and attentive to our needs and ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Property was super clean, with superb updated amenities, and layout floor plan. Steve also gave us great recommendations of local restaurants in area that we gratefully used. Property is well-suited for adults and children with light walking feet as resident downstairs is super sensitive to noises- beware. Overall, really consider Steve’s and Marlo’s place as they are super great and accommodating and you will really enjoy their ski condo and highly recommended and only minutes from the slopes. TY again Steve and Marlo!

My wife and I stayed here with 2 friends when we had to travel from Michigan for a wedding. The strict 2 car policy in the complex was a little inconvenient as we had 3 cars so we had to park one off site, but that’s not Steve’s fault. Overall we had a great stay. Would recommend.

Beautiful Townhouse in a Quiet Community

Beautifully appointed home that was clean and well organized. Check-In and Check-Out when smooth. The owner is great to communicate with and was very responsive to all of our inquiries before and during our stay. The townhouse is in a gated community. Most all of the adjacent homes are private homes and not other VRBO type properties. All of the furnishings were very nice with no signs of wear and tear. Beautiful full kitchen with adjoining family room/dining room. Nice TV in the LR, as well as both Bedrooms. Modern bathrooms for both bedrooms. Depending upon your age and size I will say that there is a spiral staircase to the second floor bedroom. But, the bedroom is beautiful with a very nice modern full bathroom. We enjoyed our stay. Lots of restaurants and activities in every direction. We hiked, golfed and explored every day. I can't say enough. Definitely the nicest VRBO property that I have utilized. If you are staying in this area, then this is your property.
