A new complete remodel and update but still retains a lot of its original historic features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, dining, laundry, and patio. Other things to note
This is a double house it is an “L” shaped house on a corner lot so there is a separate entrance on each side/street but the driveway is shared by both. This makes it very private when coming and going or using the back patios also. The only shared part is really just the very back part of the yard. The oldest part of the house is on John St which is the airbnb portion. The Jane St side is not rented at all but is used by owner, family, and friends so no one permanently occupies it.

Please be respectful of each other use common sense be respectful to house, property and nieghbors, try not to make too much loud noise late night after 11pm Thx!

We do not like to split up weekend nights Friday and Saturday so please ask first if need to exceptions can be made for longer stays possibly thx!

Off season rates are also more flexible on pricing for longer stays also so ask if interested thx!

DO NOT try to use door by driveway to enter house that is not the Airbnb it is the owner’s part of house. Thx!
