Cozy 3-bedroom mobile home in tranquil Clayton, Free Boat Tour 5 Days+
Beautiful location. Two restaurants, Golf Course, Pickle Ball and a marina close by.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay.
No Cleaning fees (we think cleaning fees are an insult to our guests) Our experience has been people leave the place in good shape.
If you stay for 5 days or more I will personally tour you around the Islands. You will go places and see things the people saw in the 1890’s, not just look at them from afar; we will take you places the big boats can’t go anymore. enjoy a personal excursion versus with 40 of your closest friends.
We are walking distance to the village.
There are many local attractions that we can customize to your likes. Our goal is to have you have a memorable experience.
We encourage everyone to stay a week and that will be met with a handsome discount. We can easily service 6 persons. However if less there is a reduced price.
Fisherman, there is room for your fishing boats and power if needed.
There are 4 great golf courses, two close to your vacation home.
This will be your cleanest stay ever. We pride ourselves on the quality of our cleaning.

Valeriee and Berny have owned and managed a cottage community, with boat rentals and bait sales, we have owned and managed “The Wooden Boat Inn” , Berny, has been a Captain on the river since 1980, and he gives private tours of the river. We sold the Inn, and then had to get back into the business, we missed meeting people.
