Mini VACA from a busy summer

We brought the party barge, launched and docked it right across the street. It was hot and muggy all week but the air in the room kept it cool and comfortable. Had coffee on the front lawn under the trees each morning and just relaxed. Found wonderful eateries some revisited and one great new one, the Boat Yard Bar & Grill. Just what we needed!!

We love this spot because it has the peacefulness of living out in the country, but you're within walking distance from town. It also has spectacular views of the St. Lawrence River and plenty of wide open space for lounging

What makes our property unique is the views of the river and the amount of parking we have for people with fishing boats. We are also located minutes from the marina, food, golf and many other activities.
