Each of the home’s six bedrooms have smart TVs and private baths, and all but the bunkroom offer access to a deck or private balcony. The mid-level is home to three additional master bedrooms— one queen and two kings — along with a quiet den and half bath. The final king master bedroom is located on the upper level, as is a media room with comfy couches to sink into and a home theater system to stream your favorite movies. The rest of the upper level encompasses the great room, dining area, and kitchen. Stretch out on plush leather seating in front of the great room’s large flat screen TV/BluRay as surround sound speakers draw you into the action. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
