About this property

Our Guest house

This is Our Furnished one bedroom first floor guest house. 1250 sq ft. + shared access to our second floor game room. No one else lives in or sleeps in Guest house. It is fully furnished including kitchen ware and linen for long term rental. King bed in bedroom. Sleeper sofa in living area. Includes off street outside on driveway parking for 2 cars. Access to dedicated washer and dryer for the Renter. On 1-1/4 acres lot next to our 1-1/4 acres lot that backs up to lake Lewsiville. This 2750 square foot house was custom built as a in-law , parents home .
Why no reviews ? We the owners have rented our guest house non stop since 2011 . Using a Texas rental lease. Our guest have stayed from 2 months to over 5 years . Most renter’s have leased for 6 months to over a year while building their home or remodeling a home or on temporary job assignment from out of town.
This is a 30 day minimum stay rental . No hotel occupancy, tax or additional fees. Requirement.
