This three bedroom homes set in an idyllic neighborhood only six blocks from IMS and Main St., Speedway. 15 minutes to downtown and Lucas Oil Stadium. Internet is fantastic as well as the garage, the entertainment room the fenced backyard with BBQ and patio.
The home has a park like view of a quaint elementary school; Rear view perfect for pet owners when you look out the back and see the fenced in yard with swing. The home is tacked out with incredible 600 Mbps broadband; with Ethernet connection at desk; super comfy bedding and spa bath amenities create a warm convenient locale for your travel needs in Indianapolis.

The lower level contains the entertainment room and ultra lounge and the third bedroom as well as laundry facilities.

Parking is incredible with a single car garage a two car driveway and at least one spot in front of the house for offstreet parking.

Owner was dishonest wanted to go back and forth with lies. Had to contest charges with my back to get my money back. Stay away

Great location for race fans. Nice quiet neighborhood.

This house worked perfect for us. We spent mainly evenings at the house. The back yard was a pleasant place to relax.
