Renovated home in Speedway minutes from Indy 500 and close to Downtown

Welcome to our completely updated home in the heart of Speedway! Walking distance to Indianapolis Motor Speedway and all of the restaurants, breweries, and local shops Main Street has to offer.
Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, each space in the house was renovated in the Spring of 2022 with particular detail to ensure guests have a wonderful experience.

The main floor offers two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed), one full bathroom, living room, dining space, along with a kitchen that has all of the essentials you may need during your stay.

The finished basement has a third bedroom (two twin beds), game room, and laundry. The game room has a table, perfect for board games or poker, as well as a combo game table that includes mini pool, ping pong, foosball, & slide hockey.

The home also has a back deck perfect for entertaining with a grill and fire pit table.

Great location and host

The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and an easy walk to IMS Speedway. Also walkable to bars and restaurants on Main Street.It's on old house that has been remodeled a while back in some interesting ways with some quirks. Our biggest challenge was three adults sharing one small bathroom for a week but we made it work.The host was easy to contact and provided alot of great recommendations on local points of interest.

I had to come in town For a work trip with some colleagues. The place was perfect, it was close to where we had to work and it had everything we needed! We were visiting family in Indianapolis, so the Speedway location was great for us. The home is nicely remodeled and had what was needed for our 2 nights. We were mostly with family and at the home for sleeping and showering. Would stay again!
