Within walking distance to beach

Unit is well-equipped, recently updated and within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. This town home is immediately adjacent to a rental unit that due to its large size accommodates bigger groups. Thin walls allow sound to travel easily including college students on spring break. Upon arrival, the MB toilet flushing mechanism was defective; the BBQ grill (a listed amenity) was absent; the MB bedroom fan only operated on very high or not all. The lights in the upstairs bathrooms are defective: turning on the light in one bathroom also turns it on in the other bathroom. And while the dishwasher is operational, its display is not. Turning the dishwasher on is an exercise in patience involving pressing random buttons hoping to get it right. During our stay, the air conditioning also went out. Vacasa responded quickly and provided new entry code when the one we had been provided did not work. They replaced BBQ; repaired toilet flushing mechanism; and called sub-contractor to fix air conditioning. Vacasa rep. was responsive, kind and a joy to interact-except we were on vacation and not really expecting to organize home repairs.

Lovely location for R&R

The light-filled end unit with views of the shore from windows and balcony elevated our island stay. We loved the spacious main area with large dining table and the separate kitchen. Our family was back and forth to the beach with the easy access through the gate near the pool. Sunrises were spectacular.

Immaculate

We were so impressed by how immaculately kept this unit was! The location was convenient to everything. Perfect set up for our family of four and could easily have accommodated 2 more. Beautiful property! Walk to the beach! Great experience!
