The villas at Courtside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

Welcome to Courtside 42!! This is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level that has been completely renovated and has all the comforts of home.

You’ll find the main level to be quite spacious with all new comfortable furnishings. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, cabinets and counters and is fully stocked to prepare any meal. The living room opens to a deck overlooking Van der Meer Tennis Courts. Located off the dining area, there is a half bath for your convenience. The dining room has seating for six people with additional seating for two people at the breakfast bar.

Master bedroom has a King bed, guest bedroom also has a King bed. Both bedrooms have a Flat Screen TV.

Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with beautiful manicured landscaping and is 1.5 blocks from the beach and situated next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo.
This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property.

**Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**

Wonderful Week!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The location was perfect . Quick walk to the beach in the morning and spent the afternoon at the pool. Would definitely come back 😎

Amazing Stay

We have never been to Hilton Head. It was by far one of the best vacations and what made it beyond perfect was where we stayed. The condo met beyond expectations. It was furnished beautifully. Not only the decor but all the amenities. We will definitely return to Hilton Head and hopeful to stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing property

This apartment was perfect. Very close to the beach, bars and restaurants right in the heart of Hilton Head. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need; cleanliness was top notch, and every single piece of furniture was very comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Hilton Head.
