Everything went smoothly. We didn’t realize that the master bedroom suite was upstairs, actually we didn’t realize there was an upstairs. So our grandchildren used the upstairs bedroom. It all worked out fine and we enjoyed the place. The location is very convenient to the beach. Such an easy short walk. Loved it.

The property was in a great location. It was as shown in the pictures except the except the furniture was mor worn and the downstairs bath appeared to have not been cleaned. The faucet on the tub in that same bathroom was being held on by a nasty looking grout and the tub looked very old and used. Some of the furniture tops had stains on them. The rest of the condo was in better shape. FYI, you will need to take your own coffee filters and coffee.
