Sea Pines is a gated community that is the center of visitor activities on the island. Healthy amenities include beautiful beaches, championship golf courses and tennis courts, 16 miles of pedestrian paths, 600 acre nature preserve and an equestrian stable.

Lake Forest is a secluded community located near the Greenwood Dr. gate. It is convenient to Sea Pines' many amenities while providing easy access to the rest of the island. Lake Forest is nestled among live oaks and wildlife for your enjoyment. It is adjacent to a forest preserve which features two scenic lagoons and an ancient Indian shell ring - remnant of a native American village that exited on-site 4,000 years ago.

Lake Forest is a short ride to Harbour Town's scenic marina with its signature golf course, iconic lighthouse, water front restaurants, shops and live entertainment. It is also a short ride to the South Beach and its signature marina, shops, live entertainment and restaurants including the popular Salty Dog Cafe.

Our villa is a 15 minute walk, via a paved pedestrian path through the forest preserve, to Sea Pines' public beach and the popular Beach Club where you can enjoy the ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. If you prefer a pool, Lake Forest's unsupervised community pool and tennis courts are only a one minute walk from our front door. They are a great alternative to a day at the beach.

If you want to explore Sea Pines' 16 miles of pedestrian paths, bikes can be rented during your vacation. Most bike rental shops are competitive, offer multi-bike discounts and will deliver/pick-up at our villa. You can access the pedestrian paths from Lake Forest.

Our villa is a recently renovated 1,600 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with an open floor plan that can comfortably accommodate six guests. Amenities include washer/dryer, Smart TVs and free high speed Wi-Fi internet service.

A spacious living room on the main floor leads to a rear deck with panoramic views of a peaceful lagoon. The living room has a 55" Smart TV for your entertainment, a game table and a comfortable queen sofa bed.

The rear deck has a large patio table with four chairs and a propane gas grill. It's an ideal spot for watching the wildlife, enjoying morning coffee or quiet reading.

Adjacent to the living room is a guest bathroom, dry bar and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table that seats six.

There are two large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom overlooks the lagoon. It has a king bed with a new mattress, 43" Smart TV and a full bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress, 43" Smart TV and a full bath with a combination tub/shower.

Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.
