Hilton Head Island has long been recognized as one of America's premier vacation destinations. Hilton Head's temperate climate is ideal for year round family, golf and tennis vacations. Sea Pines is a gated community that is the center of visitor activities on the island. Healthy amenities include beautiful beaches, championship golf courses and tennis courts, 16 miles of pedestrian paths, 600 acre nature preserve and an equestrian stable.

Lake Forest is a secluded community located near the Greenwood Dr. gate. It is convenient to Sea Pines' many amenities while providing easy access to the rest of the island. Lake Forest is nestled among live oaks and wildlife for your enjoyment. It is adjacent to a forest preserve which features two scenic lagoons and an ancient Indian shell ring - remnant of a native American village that exited on-site 4,000 years ago.

Lake Forest is a short ride to Harbour Town's scenic marina with its signature golf course, iconic lighthouse, water front restaurants, shops and live entertainment. It is also a short ride to the South Beach and its signature marina, shops, live entertainment and restaurants including the popular Salty Dog Cafe.

Our villa is a 15 minute walk, via a paved pedestrian path through the forest preserve, to Sea Pines' public beach and the popular Beach Club where you can enjoy the ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. If you prefer a pool, Lake Forest's unsupervised community pool and tennis courts are only a one minute walk from our front door. They are a great alternative to a day at the beach.

If you want to explore Sea Pines' 16 miles of pedestrian paths, bikes can be rented during your vacation. Most bike rental shops are competitive, offer multi-bike discounts and will deliver/pick-up at our villa. You can access the pedestrian paths from Lake Forest.

Our villa is a recently renovated 1,600 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with an open floor plan that can comfortably accommodate six guests. Amenities include washer/dryer, Smart TVs and free high speed Wi-Fi internet service.

A spacious living room on the main floor leads to a rear deck with panoramic views of a peaceful lagoon. The living room has a 55" Smart TV for your entertainment, a game table and a comfortable queen sofa bed.

The rear deck has a large patio table with four chairs and a propane gas grill. It's an ideal spot for watching the wildlife, enjoying morning coffee or quiet reading.

Adjacent to the living room is a guest bathroom, dry bar and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table that seats six.

There are two large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom overlooks the lagoon. It has a king bed with a new mattress, 43" Smart TV and a full bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress, 43" Smart TV and a full bath with a combination tub/shower.

Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.

Lovely property and excellent location to all things important in Sea Pines--HarbourTown, beach, Forest Preserve...We have been staying there for the past three winters...The large deck provides a view of all the birds and alligators that frequent the lagoon. And in the winter months the deck gets some nice sun.We highly recommend this property. In addition, the managers (Pat and Sonny) are excellent!

We were very happy with the property. The villa backed onto a forest preserve lagoon that was picturesque and full of wildlife...very serene in the morning. The villa itself was bright, roomy and very comfortable...the kitchen was fully stocked with all the ameneties. We were a short bike ride from the ocean and Harbor Town. Quiet community

My husband and I traveled to HHI with our two children (ages 11 & 9). We had the best time at this property. It was clean, comfy and in a quiet neighborhood. The condo was stocked with anything we could need. The hosts were extremely kind and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed the pool, tennis courts and walking the neighborhood. This condo was close to everything. We ventured to the beach, Harbor Town, Shelter Cove, Coligny, and Palmetto Dunes. We will definitely be back!

Snowbird Retreat

This villa is just perfect for us--located about 1 1/2 miles from the Beach Club and about the same distance from Harbour Town. We stay 3 1/2 months from mid-November to the first week in March. The 2 BR, 3 1/2 bath villa has a floorplan that easily accommodates 4 adults, and the deck overlooking the lagoon is the perfect setting for watching all the beautiful birds--and the alligators. The villa is an end unit, so there is lots of privacy and the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Pat and Sonny are wonderful to work with and we plan to return next year and many more!

GOOD STUFF

Thanks to Pat and Sonny for turning us onto this new listing. We have rented other properties thru them and always found them reliable and very responsive to our needs. We struggled with the TV not having one at home that uses streaming, which we were unhappy with. Sonny and the owner managed to get us cable service which we truly appreciated. We have rented many times on HHI and this villa was by far the most sun filled of all. The location had great lake views and every morning the sun came out it rose slowly over the lake into the bedroom and downstairs living areas, filling the space with light. We found the MBR mattress too firm for our liking so we purchased a foam topper which somewhat helped. The bathroom countertops and fixtures are VERY outdated, but functional. Kitchen could use new cookware, not untypical of many other places we've stayed in. Far too much clutter in cabinets left insufficient food storage space. A pantry next to their refrigerator would be ideal. Could use hooks by front door since there are no closets. Additional furniture on the deck would be a plus.

Perfect Family Condo

We love this condo and this is our second time staying here. It is very spacious and very clean for our family of six. The views in the morning of the lagoon and so relaxing. It’s a short bike ride to the beach and the amenities are just what we need. The pool is very clean and steps away from the condo. Pat and Sonny are very accommodating and quick to reply to any questions. We will be back for sure!!
