Welcome to the BESTNEST at 2414 Lighthouse Tennis Club in Sea Pines (street address is 79 Lighthouse Road). Our advertised rates are our very best rates and calendar shows real time availability. We encourage you to book online!

Our philosophy is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable and consistently amazing. Cleanliness is one of our hallmarks and we take clean seriously.

2414 Lighthouse Tennis Club is filled with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation. The decor is super stylish with a beach chic theme of cool neutrals and soft, inviting surfaces. The kitchen is outfitted and equipped with everything you need to cook- or not!

Each bedroom (1 King/2 Twins) is completely comfortable with the best bed linens we could find, plus big, wall mounted television with digital cable, plus full size stack washer/dryer for your convenience.

Attention to detail is apparent in every corner of this sublime space, which is ideal for hosting 1-4 guests. The villa is a 2 1/2 story walk-up penthouse. No elevator, but once inside you will enjoy the vaulted ceiling and nearly panoramic view.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL: view of complex pool from your balcony. This non-heated pool is open April - September.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 8-10 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2 small. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, and more. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.

Perfect Location and Well Stocked

The location was perfect for access to all the amenities of Sea Pines! The condo had everything we needed, so we didn't have to make a huge grocery run for all the items, like dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, zip lock baggies - you name it and it was there. We will be back.

Great Location & Property

This condo is a great spot for a small family to enjoy Sea Pines. The property is spacious and has plenty of living space in addition to good sized rooms. Kitchen and dining area are well stocked with large windows overlooking the pool area. It is nice to be on the top floor of the building from a noise perspective. In our opinion, the extra flight of stairs is well worth the payoff of high ceilings and absence of neighbors above.

Very nice accomadations for 4 people. Nice view. Every bit of the space was utilized, not an overly spacious unit, but very functional. Though it was not a problem for us, this unit was on the third floor, steps the only option to the unit and that was not mentioned in the description of this condo. Too many pillows on the beds

Perfect Family Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this Sea Pines condo. Location was awesome. We walked with our kids in strollers to Harbour Town and Lawton Stables. Pool proximity was great for spontaneous swims and the view was great for a glass of wine at night. Room was spacious and clean. We did find one acetaminophen pill that did not belong to us on the bedroom floor just tucked out of sight but within reach of our crawling infant. We understand things like this can happen, but it’s scary and I’m glad I caught it. We would stay here again and can’t wait for our next trip back to HHI.

Great location and comfortable

This apartment was walking distance to a shopping center within sea pines where you can get breakfast, lunch, dinner. A short bike ride to beach and to harbor town where you can find more restaurants and shopping - and access to boating activities. Pool was very clean and a few steps from apartment. Inside the apartment was well maintained, and very clean. Fully stocked with everything you need for stay (including beach chairs towels and a few kids toys) and a welcome basket - lovely touch. Beds comfortable. It was really a great place. It’s on 3rd floor, no elevator, so those that have trouble with stairs may find it challenging. We Would stay here again - great size for my husband and I and 2 kids.

We have never been there before but many of Canadian friends have time shares there and vacation both during the winter and summer months.We met Beverley Serral a local real estate sales representative and owner of her own company who personally introduced us to the unit we were looking at. She was very pleasant to deal with, and the unit she was managing for the owners was spotless and fully equipped. Above all, it was pet friendly which was important as we had our 4 legged friend traveling with us. The unit was located in the Sea Pines which is a beautiful community which gated access which makes you comfortable. There are several eating establishements within Sea Pines and a host of other restaurants within a 10 minute commute outside of the grounds. To our amazement, the whole island the shape of a boot has been very well planned out with miles of bike tracks located off the main arteries are well used. The miles sandy beaches are pet friendly during certain times of the year and are beautiful to walk on. A number of sprting activities are predominent on the island, tennis and golf seem to be the primaries, with boating and fishing not far behind.

Photos of property looked the same as in person. Condo very clean, updated attire. Umbrella was bent and not usable for beach but did notify office of issue. They offered to bring new one out however we had already identified alternative options. Location very quiet. Close to harbor town and beach access on bike path. wonderful place.

Wonderful property

This was one of the cleanest and most up-to-date VRBOs I’ve ever rented. Every detail was considered, at the property, and it was extremely comfortable, in addition to being beautiful. The rental company was easy to work with, as well. As for location, it was easy to get everywhere and great for biking - especially with lights actually on the bike baths around the condo. We don’t always stay right by the beach, anymore, since my kids are older, but it is a drive instead of a walk to the beach, if that concerns you, but we even found Beach Club parking each time we went. This rental did not disappoint and very well may be something we book again.
