Welcome to the BESTNEST at 2414 Lighthouse Tennis Club in Sea Pines (street address is 79 Lighthouse Road). Our advertised rates are our very best rates and calendar shows real time availability. We encourage you to book online!
Our philosophy is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable and consistently amazing. Cleanliness is one of our hallmarks and we take clean seriously.
2414 Lighthouse Tennis Club is filled with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation. The decor is super stylish with a beach chic theme of cool neutrals and soft, inviting surfaces. The kitchen is outfitted and equipped with everything you need to cook- or not!
Each bedroom (1 King/2 Twins) is completely comfortable with the best bed linens we could find, plus big, wall mounted television with digital cable, plus full size stack washer/dryer for your convenience.
Attention to detail is apparent in every corner of this sublime space, which is ideal for hosting 1-4 guests. The villa is a 2 1/2 story walk-up penthouse. No elevator, but once inside you will enjoy the vaulted ceiling and nearly panoramic view.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 8-10 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car to the Sea Pines Beach Club.
BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2 small. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.
No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, and more. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.
